The staff is amazing very polite, helpful and friendly. Bellboys service was super nice. Breakfast Anna Alla card was great and Very tasty From now we always choose this hotel

I stayed for 3 nights. There was some beeping noise 24/7 a floor above so I couldn’t sleep (room 5002). Also, 5.5 euros for 0.5l mini bar water is beyond greedy

Disappointment at its best. Sounds travel so much that we couldn’t sleep from other guests. Checkin takes forever. Amenities in the room are close to none. Not even a hairdryer. We requested one and it was sent after so long that we were already out of the room with dry hair. The quality of the food offered at breakfast is not good at all although the variety is big but we barely found something that tastes ok. The rooms are modern and well maintained but what does that mean if you can’t sleep from the noise despite having a room that’s far from the street yet still noise is horrible.

Overall, our experience was decent. The hotel fulfilled my decoration request and even surprised us with a cake, which we appreciated. However, finding parking was difficult, the room and bathroom (especially the bathroom) were incredibly small for the price, and being charged €5+ for a 50cl bottle of water was unexpected. For over €200 per night, I would reasonably expect cost-free parking, a more spacious bedroom/bathroom, and at least complimentary water. The rooms were also not well insulated from street noise, so honking cars occasionally disturbed our sleep. On the positive side, I was impressed with the breakfast buffet as it had varieties, the pool area was also nice with the rooftop view, and the hotels manager was quite receptive.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect – from the beautiful place itself to the incredible people who made the stay so special. A huge thank you to Nikki Sawa for their outstanding service – you truly went above and beyond! The hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail were next level. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top quality, great vibes, and unforgettable service. Can’t wait to come back!

Simply the best reception

Relatively small rooms, courteous staff, excellent location

Overall nice place. Positives: great friendly staff, great breakfast and good location. The rooftop bar and pool was very nice. Negatives: the room we got had a horrible off-putting view. I understand not all rooms can have nice views, but it was just bad. Kept the windows closed the whole stay. We got charged for two bottles of water that we took from the room an exorbatent price. It is just TOO MUCH. Another negative is the overly perfumed elevators, it is a small confined space. No need to spray so much inside , I had to hold my breath. Last thing would be the "gym". It doesn't cut it as a gym at all. It's a tiny room with just dumbbells until 20kg for weight training and some running machines. When people pay a higher price than other hotels , we do expect all aspects to be decent and the gym is just disappointing.

This is a truly exceptional hotel with the best and most comprehensive facilities. And I'd like to thank the hotel bellman, whose name, if I recall correctly, was Roman. Besides being handsome, he was also very friendly and always had a smile on his face
