Regency Boutique Hotel

Having never been to Cyprus before, but knowing we would be staying in Paphos, we just chose a place to stay that seemed close to town. We chose the Regency Boutique Hotel. It’s location was perfect, with a wonderful view of the sea. The room itself was small, but comfortable, and had a small kitchen area. We stayed here ten days while touring the area, and Cyprus as a whole…a great starting point. However, although there is really nothing the hotel could have done, other than warning us before our stay, adjacent to the hotel is a construction site, and for the first four days we were woken early in the morning by the sound of jackhammers, and work being done at other sites just down the road. Other than that, the staff at the front desk were friendly, though appeared quite bored. Also, the hotel management was far more reactive than proactive, with us having to request items to be replenished, and the room being serviced, despite the sign on the door requesting such service. Still, overall, I do believe we were satisfied with our stay, and once the construction is completed, we are sure it will be a far better experience.

I stayed here for just one night. It's a modern hotel that is well placed in Paphos. I was greeted by a very welcoming receptionist who booked me in quickly and accompanied me to my room. Lots of information given about parking, facilities etc, she was great. My room was clean, a lovely warm temperature and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. No view to speak of ( just a construction site nearby) but it was late on and winter so I wasn't really bothered about using the balcony. The only reason I deducted one star was because the staff cleaning the rooms nearby the following morning were very noisy and practically shouting to each other right outside my door for a considerable time. Check out isn't until 12pm here so I had hoped for a more leisurely start to the day. It almost felt that they hoped by disturbing me earlier that I would check out sooner and they could sort my room. And that ended up being the case! That being said, the hotel and room itself were of a good standard. Wifi was very reliable and there's facilities nearby to eat and a kiosk a minute's walk away.

Amazing place, new hotel maybe 3 years old. With free parking nearby. Meals. Bar. Valeria at the reception gives excellent service, the cooks were also excellent and met my requirements. Breakfast by personal order, everything is prepared on site, no buffet!!! The place is clean and beautiful, no problems in the room. There is a balcony in the room. Highly recommend😍 They help with everything. A hotel with a high sense of service. Nothing was missing in the room, including good free internet. Close to the city center so you can park at the hotel and walk to the sea, walk and other places there. There are also several kosher restaurants like Chabad Saba Hummus Eliyahu and everything is on foot... (maybe there are more, just didn't have time) I will definitely come back again. Unfortunately, the breakfast room is very, very small with only 3 tables, very sparsely furnished, and you can smell everything from the kitchen. The toilet on the ground floor is outside by the pool.

Check-in was smooth and easy, and the room was clean with a modern design. I had a balcony facing the street, which unfortunately meant noticeable traffic noise, and there was also a construction site next to the hotel causing early-morning disturbance. Nice extras included two small bottles of wine and one bottle of water, and there is a swimming pool available. Overall, it’s a nice and clean hotel — which is very important to me — but I stayed only one night, as multiple nights would have been difficult due to the noise from the street and construction.

Cute studio apartment. A little small but definitely enough for someone who just needs to lay down and enjoy themselves outside the hotel. Small but very well-equipped kitchenette, even pampered with wine.

Great hotel, right on the beach. Beautifully furnished, modern, and clean. Bus to the airport is a 5-minute walk away. Friendly service at reception. All in all, excellent, highly recommended. I stayed one night and would definitely come back.

This apartment hotel offers great value for money, only €65 per night! The airport bus stop is just downstairs, and they even provide complimentary wine in the rooms – I really appreciated it. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
