Clärchens Ballhaus

It's been around since 1918. An institution! Even after the renovation, the charm has been preserved. The food is very good, the service is super friendly, and the ambiance is unique. However, one point is deducted for the acoustics (difficult conditions that slightly restrict communication). Nevertheless, absolutely worth a visit!

We had a very nice evening here today, partly due to the super friendly service. The food was also delicious. We'll be back soon.

A beautiful place to eat while visiting Berlin

Wonderful food, fantastic Belitz asparagus, and a superb Grüner Veltliner to go with it. We were very satisfied. The service was especially attentive! We also really enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant (and the music playlist). It was an exceptionally delicious meal and a magical evening. Thank you so much! I'll definitely be back.

Definitely one of the most beautiful places in Berlin. Past and present combined. Popular, reservations recommended.

The beer garden is beautiful and a real gem. A very lovely spot. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very attentive, and I ended up with one more drink than I had ordered. And I paid for it, too. The snack platter for two (price €27) came with two tiny slices of bread and one (?) pretzel. I had definitely bought an extra pretzel beforehand, but there still wasn't nearly enough bread. I'm convinced that doubling the amount of bread and pretzels would be appropriate without affecting the profit margin. After all, bread isn't that expensive.

Bravo! This is a truly welcoming place. They gave us a table as quickly as possible, even without a reservation. Excellent cuisine. The wine list features some affordable highlights.
