The food was inconsistent; the pasta was better tasted elsewhere. The view and location were very nice. The staff could be more attentive.

We felt completely at ease. The hotel is located right on the water. It's very quiet, yet you can easily access the hustle and bustle of Berlin from there.

We were very satisfied. The room was clean and very spacious. The location is excellent. Very quiet; the ferry next door didn't bother us at all. We would gladly come back!

Delicious food and very friendly staff. The view of the Havel River is also very beautiful, so this restaurant is highly recommended.

The good points first: The hotel's location is perfect. Parking is free. What my friends and I didn't like: The sewage smell in the bathroom is only bearable with the window open. It takes almost forever for the hot water to come through in the shower. The seating arrangement at breakfast is peculiar, and nobody really liked the coffee.

A lovely hotel right on the water. Our family room was very spacious and comfortably furnished, and even included a kitchenette. Breakfast was also fine, although there was only one large table for all guests. There was ample parking available at the hotel. The entire team was very friendly and accommodating – hospitality is truly a priority here!

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is in a very quiet location, at least in March. The key box notification worked perfectly. My room, 103, was very nicely and comfortably furnished and very clean. It had a large bed, a modern bathroom with a large shower, and even a refrigerator and kettle in the room. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and the coffee was also very good. What I really liked was the huge table where all the guests sat together. It was like one big family. Everything was nicely decorated, and there was a view of the water. I will definitely come back. It was a shame that the restaurant was closed; I would have liked to visit it. I'll definitely come back next time.

Very quiet and beautiful location, comfortable beds, large and well-furnished rooms. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful (though everyone sitting at one table was a bit unusual). Staff were very friendly.
