Ruby Louise Hotel Frankfurt

This was my first time at this hotel. The rooms are really lovely and very clean. The location is fantastic. I was initially given a ground-floor room, which I didn't actually want because they're on the ground floor and the windows face the shopping street. The receptionists (early shift) gave me a different room without any problem. Unfortunately, this room was directly above the club next door, so the music was quite loud. I felt a bit awkward asking for another room change, but Leon and Janine were very understanding and gave me a quieter room. With such wonderful staff, I'll definitely come back, because I feel well taken care of and valued as a guest. Next time, I'll specifically request a quiet room on an upper floor. All three rooms were very nice, just not the right one for me, as I was in town for exams and desperately needed peace and quiet.

We had a truly wonderful evening. A special thank you to Sami, the employee who served us! He was incredibly friendly and attentive, and he perfectly accommodated our special cocktail requests. It was clear that he genuinely cared about his guests' well-being. His warm and welcoming manner contributed significantly to our feeling completely at ease. Thank you so much for the fantastic service! We'll definitely be back!

Hey guys, so I really have to say it was a great decision to go to Ruby Louise. We met the very nice Andi from the bar there. He was very friendly and also very attentive. So if you're ever in the area, definitely go see Andi, he's a top bartender!

A strange concept with check-in on the 6th floor; the rooms are rather spartan and you have to check in yourself. The staff were rather unfriendly, especially Carlos, who was unwilling to help with check-in.

The bar is great, location-wise it's one of the best in Frankfurt, but the staff are by far the most unfriendly and incompetent in the entire city. We waited 30 minutes for a beer, and you even got a snide remark if you dared to ask.

Modern hotel with a good breakfast. Some beds are simply "mattresses" on the floor – rather unsuitable for older people.

Very disappointing experience. We reserved this venue for an event with 15 guests and left feeling completely let down. The food was of extremely poor quality: a few pieces of cheese, burned pinsa, and wine that tasted cheap and low-grade. Considering the amount we paid, we could easily have had a proper dinner elsewhere. What was served did not justify the price in any way. The quality of both the food and the wine was far below expectations, and there was very little effort put into creating a pleasant experience for our guests. To make matters worse, the service was equally disappointing. The waiters were neither welcoming nor friendly, which only added to the overall negative impression. For the prices charged, customers should expect quality food, decent wine, and professional service. Unfortunately, we received none of these. I would not recommend this venue for any type of event.
