Hotel NH Mannheim

We stayed here last Sunday into Monday for a low price. The room was excellent, neat and clean, and looked nice and modern. Definitely recommended for an overnight stay at this hotel.

This hotel is an absolute disaster. They charge extra for absolutely everything. Even manually creating a parking ticket costs an additional €23. The free Wi-Fi is practically unusable, and for the supposedly better Wi-Fi, you have to provide your email address and join a club. The rooms facing the street are extremely noisy, making a restful sleep virtually impossible. Overall, there's nothing about this place that even remotely justifies the asking price. Definitely not recommended, and certainly not a hotel I would return to.

Modern and new Hotel. All rooms are equipped with desk, chair, armchair, TV and Fridge. Rooms are also equipped with large wardrobe that is conveniently located at the entrance, in front of the bathroom. Also the personnel it’s extremely polite and helpful and breakfast is exceptional. Definitely the best option in the area in an excellent hotel in general. 4 stars for a few minor quircks: when going for the budget option you are sometimes given two single beds even if you book a double bed. Furthermore, budget rooms are not equipped with kettle (nor coffee or thea) but a kettle can be asked at reception. Also, food in the restaurant is good but not exceptional.

A highly recommended hotel with modern rooms and attentive staff. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide and sustainable selection. The room we rented was well-ventilated and already cooled upon arrival. It's commendable that attention is paid to every detail to ensure guest satisfaction.

Since we regularly have to stay overnight in Mannheim, we have plenty of options for comparison. The NH Hotel pleasantly surprised us. The standard rooms are clean, tastefully furnished, and have ample storage space for a multi-day stay. The room temperature was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to sleep well. The seemingly lower room rate is offset by the €22 per night for parking and €25 for breakfast. Breakfast was our only real disappointment: 9:30 a.m. - no more tomato slices - "Could you please refill the tomatoes?" - "No!" After a brief explanation, the situation was resolved. We will definitely stay at the NH again!

A very nice hotel, super clean rooms (in our case a junior suite), great amenities, and a very good breakfast with brand-name products. The location is central, parking is available partly at the hotel or nearby, and the service is always friendly. Highly recommended.
