Cityhotel Amadeus Münster

Very small but modern rooms; the walk to the old town was too far. Breakfast and cleanliness were excellent.

I was greeted at the entrance by a friendly Russian-speaking girl, and I had no problems with her. Upon checkout, the girl at the entrance was a bit rude, and she was impolite. There was also a worker in the breakfast area who asked rude questions! The rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from HBF.

Breakfast was great, bathroom a bit dated, room cramped, AI assistant with a Bavarian accent, so-so.

It was my first time that I stayed in this hotel . I was positively surprised . My room was spacious , quiet and very clean . It even had a balcony . Although it is close to a busy road , you dindn' t hear much traffic noise . Everyone working there is friendly and helpful .

Clean, newly renovated room. Parking in the courtyard is available for a fee. Very friendly reception. Walking distance to the harbor and city center. Perfectly adequate for a city trip to Münster.

We particularly appreciated the friendly communication. The room itself was less appealing: curtains with holes, little space to access the second bed, a tiny bathroom with a toilet, uncontrollable hot water in the shower, and, most importantly, a chimney directly in front of/under the window, which let smoke into the room and forced us to keep the window closed at all times. Overall, not what one would expect from a 3-star superior hotel!

I booked a room at that hotel the forth time. Everything was very fine. Clean room, well equipped. The breakfast was also very good. Check-in went very smoothly. The staff is friendly and competent. An ideal hotel for my needs.

We were in Munster on business and stayed at the hotel. The price was right for us. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the city center. The room was clean and well-maintained. Since the hotel is right next to the train station, you can sometimes hear the train, but it's not scary. Overall, we liked everything, and next time in Munster we will stay at this hotel again.

It's only suitable for sleeping. Tiny rooms, but nice and clean.
