Grand View Hotel

Our stay at Grand View in Santorini was truly exceptional! The hotel's location is ideal, in a quiet spot with easy access to the island's attractions and stunning views of the Caldera and the sunset. A big advantage is the spacious private parking, which makes transportation very easy for those with a car or rental vehicle. The staff was particularly friendly, polite and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel welcome from the first moment. The rooms were spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with modern Cycladic touches and very comfortable for rest. The breakfast was quite satisfactory. The experience of enjoying breakfast overlooking the endless blue is truly unique. Overall, Grand View offers an excellent combination of comfort, hospitality, beautiful views and quality services. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini and looking for an unforgettable accommodation experience.

This was the place I stayed at in Santorini. It had the most amazing view I’ve ever seen in my life. I booked the room with a private pool overlooking the sea and the mountains, and the view was incredible and breathtaking at sunrise, sunset, and throughout the entire day. The people there were extremely kind and friendly, and I think the price is quite reasonable considering how beautiful the place is. It’s definitely not expensive for the experience and the views you get.

Had a great experience at the Grand View! Booked a Jacuzzi suite with Caldera View, the sunset was amazing! Room is clean, tidy, house keeping/bottle water everyday. Having a private jacuzzi feels great, we can enjoy the quiet nature at night, especially after long day walking or sunset cruise. It's still may, and temperature was around 68, so swimming can feel cold. We rented a car, so get around the island is not a problem. We can enjoy the beauty of Fira and Oia, but still away from the crowd :). Driving in Santorini was really fun. Breakfast was great, lots of options, and I can take them to the room if need to. The activities hotel recommended was pretty good too, we enjoy the cruise and my daughter loved the horse back riding!

We just arrived for our honeymoon and booked a jacuzzi suite with a volcano view. It's incredibly beautiful and relaxing, with virtually no overlooking neighbors and absolute tranquility in a truly idyllic setting! We met Olga, the receptionist, who is incredibly kind and professional, always smiling and very friendly. I highly recommend her! She brightened our evening after our somewhat complicated arrival, and we thank her in advance for the rest of our week, which promises to be amazing. We also want to thank the charming and helpful 26-year-old receptionist (haha) who helped us plan our week with some fantastic activities. 😊

Location is perfect if you prefer to be a little distance (15min from Fira) and the business of that community. Hotel is clean and lovey sunset views assuming the right room. Rooms are small but efficient. Breakfast either inside our around the pool area overlooking the sea. Sunsets from your balcony are lovely. Shoutout to Eddie who works tirelessly from morning to dusk tidying breakfast or driving you to town. A sweet Albanian man who makes us want to visit Albania as every fella we met from that country has been excellent. Megalchori is 800m away and an easy walk to 3-4 restaurants. Car rental is a good idea to see the island although bus service is regular. We met Markus a few times and he was a treat and took us to the port to catch a ferry. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t go wrong with Grand View resort.

We had a wedding in Santorini and stayed here with many friends. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating , kind - lovely. The hotel has the most amazing views and is in a great central location. The hotel arranges transportation - could not be easier. Can’t wait to go back. Great breakfast also !!

Absolutely fantastic! The room with the caldera view, the jacuzzi, the quality of the rooms—everything was perfect! I sincerely thank Fotis for his kindness, professionalism, and unwavering support; Olga for her delicious meals, cheerful disposition, and wonderful French accent; and finally, Babis, who provides a top-notch welcome and is always there to assist you with anything you need. The entire team is lovely and incredibly attentive. The prices are very reasonable, everything is of excellent quality, and it's a truly wonderful place to stay in this peaceful haven. Go without hesitation!

Nice hotel with amazing views, we had top room with a hot tub which was very nice. Really enjoyed that you could walk and hike down to the heart of Santarini from the hotel.

This hotel might be a little out of the way of Fira and Oia but it’s perfectly quiet. No tourist shops to annoy you. No crazy traffic. It’s easy to get to Fira and Oia so you can have it all here. Fabulous attentive staff. Great breakfast. Bar service is excellent. And the view!…..next level. 🇦🇺
