They are never open. They are very rude. First of all, I have shopped at the store several times, so I know that the salespeople are rude. The last time I had to go to buy a new perfume, I went during opening hours and the store was closed, there were three salespeople inside who watched me knock and tried to open the door. (If I had been there instead of looking, they could have come and opened the door). When I inquired about a new perfume, they said that it was not there when I saw it displayed, but I thought it was not worth mentioning. They told me not to smell the perfume I wanted, but that they would come and help me, so there were three salespeople inside and 5 people. So I stood there for 10 minutes because they were unwilling to help me, they just said that they would come and help me. But this always happens when I go shopping.

I have ordered several times on the neroli website. I have never received an invoice, only a summary of such orders. They do not send the invoice even after multiple requests. They do not even respond to emails. Customer service = 0 I do not know what they are doing with VAT... I think the perfumes are original, but regardless, I have lost my trust in neroli... I prefer to buy elsewhere where they give an invoice and answer my questions. Everyone should decide based on this whether they want to buy from them.

A week before Christmas, I received a sample of the perfume I bought for Christmas at the store on Régi Posta Street - as always - and the salespeople pointed out to me that if the recipient doesn't like the scent based on the sample, the unopened perfume can of course be exchanged after the holidays. The store is closed due to renovations, so I went to Neroli on Andrássy Street, where they said that an exchange is possible within 2 days. Obviously, people give their Christmas gifts at Christmas, and it was not by chance that I asked about the exchange, even with an additional charge. Disappointment.

I haven't been here personally, but I've ordered several perfumes from here. I treated myself to a small sample package at the last minute. It arrived in a day and a half, carefully packaged, just before Christmas. ☺️
