Boutique Hotel Crystal

Boutique Hotel Crystal (Kristály) is a small mainstream hotel at István út 74 in Debrecen, Hungary's second-largest city. It is gay-friendly in the ordinary sense only. It has a 4.7 Google rating from about 250 reviews, and guests mostly mention clean rooms and helpful staff. It is a little outside the compact centre around Piac utca and the Great Reformed Church, so check the walk or tram before booking. Hungary's legal climate for LGBTQ+ people has tightened in recent years. Debrecen has no visible gay scene, so most people head to Budapest for that.
