Beautiful hotel, romance, amazing communication, excellent restaurant and bar. Accessibility 15 m walk from the station, 30 minutes walk to Alta Città, or 10m to the cable car.

Perfect place, clean, friendly, helpful, and well located. Thank you for your hospitality.

Location was good, staff very unfriendly and unhelpful, we were put in a room with mold (mind you this is a 4-star hotel), breakfast was very simple (not even granola, no Italian breakfast items). They told us the spa was private. But at our assigned time there was a couple (they left 10mins into our time) and 30mins before our time ended another lady came in. We paid €50 for the privacy which was not given. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately, the only thing I expect from a great hotel is a decent shower in the evening; sadly, the shower wasn't working, and my safe wasn't repaired either. A shame, I won't be recommending it.

Perfect stay in Bergamo Location, cleanliness, breakfast, everything was perfect.

It's unfortunate to leave a low rating because the property is beautiful, in a very central location, and the rooms are fine, but in this case, I'm basing my review on our experience. We called ahead to inform them of our lactose and gluten intolerance, and they told us they had suitable products for breakfast, but in the morning they told us there was only fruit. We insisted, and they brought us two slices of bread and a cake, but we asked for lactose-free eggs and they said no. We mentioned this at checkout and were told that "gluten-free products are the usual ones," who knows what that means. If they had told us this when booking, we would have made our own arrangements and had no expectations. We are on the third floor, and during the night an alarm goes off, probably related to a broken elevator, and in the morning the elevator is out of order. It's true that it happens, but we had to climb three flights of stairs several times with our suitcases. Last point: on Sunday morning at 8:00, I was awakened by cleaning staff yelling in the hallway—not exactly a pleasant wake-up call. Too bad.

Having lunch at this newly renovated Monastery in the middle of the city of Bergamo, Italy was a very nice setting. It has indoor and indoor terrace tables. The food was of high quality. The wall paintings had to be preserved and adds a very nice touch to your experience.

An old monastery converted into a hotel right in the heart of Bergamo. Lovely atmosphere, spacious rooms, and excellent cuisine. Wellness facilities are also available – don't forget your swimsuit!

Very beautiful, in an old building, and the rooms have been renovated with elegant design. The beds are comfortable, clean, and have large windows. There's a courtyard and cloister of the old monastery. The private spa is spacious with a sauna and Turkish bath. 90 minutes for €20/room, very nice and clean. In the room, they provide a towel, bathrobe, and slippers for going down to the spa from your room. A varied and good breakfast. There's a nice bar. And the hotel is in the center, a very convenient location.
