La Terrazza Sul Centro

Wow, is this place great! Comfortable rooms, great friendly staff, and a perfect central location. As easy walk from the central train station, and to virtually every place you will be seeing in Palermo. The rooftop terrace overlooks a view dominated by a nearby church dome and tower. The breakfast is really nice and generous, and staffed by a truly lovely lady. Vito at the front desk will give you detailed information on how to catch the bus to Monreale (super easy), the train to Cefalu (a very worthwhile day trip) and anything else you want to know. All for a VERY fair price. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else on my next visit to Palermo. Be aware there is no lift ... we were on the third floor and I could see this being an issue for some people. For most this will not be a problem.

We spent four days in Palermo, and this hotel served as our base for all our activities. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The initial impression upon entering the building is a bit of a shock, as if you've stumbled upon a construction site. However, the rooms and the terrace were all beautifully and thoughtfully designed. It can be quite noisy in the evenings due to its central location, but this didn't bother us. All the sights are easily accessible on foot. Breakfast was adequate, and we would definitely choose this hotel again for a four-day city break. Thank you for your hospitality! 🙏

A very pretty room with a patio in the historic center of Palermo, offering a magnificent view and tranquility despite its excellent location. The hotelier provides plenty of helpful advice. Breakfast is well-served with a good selection and served on the rooftop terrace with a stunning view. Note that there are many stairs and only 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo are provided; there is no conditioner.

The first thing that struck us was the impeccable cleanliness: the property has been completely renovated, meticulously maintained, and meticulously maintained. Everything is modern, functional, and welcoming. We also greatly appreciated the efficient self-check-in and check-out system, along with the reception organization, which makes everything practical and simple. Another strong point is undoubtedly the location and the splendid terrace overlooking the city center, a true gem: having breakfast there is a wonderful experience. The breakfast is rich, plentiful, and excellent quality, perfect for starting the day off right. But what made our weekend truly unforgettable was the thoughtfulness and kindness of the owners and staff. They treated us with extreme care, always available, and quick to resolve any small issue. Furthermore, they provided us with valuable advice and information about the city, making us feel welcomed and pampered, just like at home. It was a special stay, in a beautiful place, one we will cherish forever. We truly hope to return soon!

An excellent hotel in the heart of the historic center, very convenient and close to everything. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and offers tons of recommendations. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and quiet. Breakfast on the terrace is superb, with delicious sweet and savory options, and Cetty is incredibly kind. Highly recommended.

This place was absolutely PERFECT! The gentleman at reception waited for me when I missed by train from the airport so I didn't have to check in with the codes. Honestly I can't say enough good things. Breakfast = amazing. Bed = super comfy. Terrace = perfection. Location = close to everything without being loud.

A family-run gem in a great location to reach prime sites such as Quattro Canti, museums, ballaro, vuccerija, artisinal shops and churches. All staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast is served on a roof-top terrace with breathtaking views. A historic building with a lot of character but does come with a lot steps. Would definitely go again.

This guesthouse is located right in the historic center. You can reach almost all the major attractions on foot! Special thanks to Vito at the reception and the lady at breakfast site for their warm and attentive service!!! Breakfast is surprisingly good with abundant choices. Definitely recommended!!!
