Excellent experience. We spent a week as guests of the property in one of the apartments. Beautifully renovated, the property still retains the style of old-fashioned rustic houses. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's no air conditioning, but that's unnecessary considering the cool evenings. The doors separating the rooms are made of antique wood and don't have keys or handles. Using the bathroom could therefore be awkward if you're sharing the house with unfamiliar people (the door closes, but a gust of wind can cause it to open a crack). The apartments overlook a beautiful, well-kept green area with fruit trees and many flowers. A swimming pool is available, complete with loungers, a shower, and a shaded area. Yoga classes are also offered. Barbecues are available, and there are tables for outdoor dining. Some wonderful cats roam the garden, completely integrated with the comings and goings of people. They are the element that makes the environment perfect. Just a few kilometers from the center of Sarnano, you can enjoy all the essential services. The location is very convenient as a base for exploring and visiting the surrounding area. Mrs. Brunella was extremely kind and helpful. She is a very discreet presence who doesn't invade guests' privacy but is always ready to offer advice on what to do and see. We were traveling with two dogs and were welcomed with great hospitality. I definitely recommend both the property and Mrs. Brunella.

A fine hotel for a one-night stay. The surroundings are beautiful and the hotel room was satisfactory. The exterior is a bit outdated and needs renovation. It does look charming, though. The swimming pool was a bit dirty and outdated. There were many (small) children and animals when we were there. If you like that, it is a good place. If not, it is advisable to look for something else.

We stayed for a week in the camping area. The property offers three colorful vintage caravans of various sizes (otherwise, you can stay in the renovated rustic-style rooms, or for those with campers or caravans, there are empty pitches equipped with electricity right in the stationary caravan area). The yellow and red caravans have been completely stripped of their furnishings to create a spacious and modern wooden environment with power outlets and updated fixtures. The one we stayed in (the pink one) is the smallest and still retains all the original caravan elements, although they are not functional, such as the refrigerator, stove, and empty bathroom. If the superfluous items were removed, it would become much more spacious and functional, like the other two caravans. Mosquito nets on the windows would be very helpful. Compared to the other two caravans, we had a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of an outlet inside the caravan, only a small USB port (the other two have multiple internal outlets), which forced us to take turns leaving one of our phones outside to charge (to get around this, just use a very long power strip that comes with the caravan; the owner will certainly take care of it). The iron canopies over the caravan are very useful, ensuring the structure stays cool and protected in case of rain. There is a large refrigerator in the common area of ​​the campsite (although we were unfortunate enough to have a malfunction due to the age of the appliance, which caused it to freeze food; it will be fixed as soon as possible). A shared washing machine, barbecue grills, and stoves are available. The campsite's shared bathrooms are very clean and modern, with impeccable showers. A wonderful in-ground pool with sun and shade loungers is also available. Brunella, the owner, is kind and extremely helpful, passionate about every detail (garden, pool, etc.). Highly recommended for its strategic location in the heart of the Marche region, about an hour from major cities and close to the Sibillini Mountains National Park. The campsite is located in a very quiet area with a magnificent view of the starry sky.

Wonderful location. From the window or by the pool, you can enjoy the landscape of the Sibillini Mountains! Rustic stone houses surrounded by green trees, the colors and scents of broom, lavender, and many aromatic plants. Congratulations on the organization of the fully equipped house, attention to detail, and cleanliness. Possibility of barbecuing outdoors. Large green spaces, well-organized pool with loungers, shower.... We had the pleasure of experiencing the countryside: listening to the crickets in the evening, the rooster crowing in the morning! I went this weekend, the place is very nice....but they need to fix a few things...I don't know why the pool wasn't working, the shower water came out very little, either hot or cold....there wasn't a TV and there weren't even shutters at 6 in the morning it was getting light
