Lovely location, great drinks, exceptional staff welcome!

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely unacceptable treatment I received at your venue, Morgana Cocktail Bar, on the night of 3rd june 2026. I arrived with three friends and we were initially told that the bar was “full” and that entry was not possible. We accepted this explanation at first, despite noticing inconsistencies in how other groups were being treated. However, after a brief discussion, we were then told that we could enter only if we each paid €150. This sudden change in conditions was not only shocking but completely inappropriate and humiliating. To make matters worse, shortly after this interaction, we observed another group of young people—who appeared to be of a different (northern European) background—being allowed to enter without being told the venue was full and without being asked for any special payment. From my perspective, this strongly suggests discriminatory treatment based on ethnicity and/or appearance. I felt singled out, disrespected, and genuinely unwelcome in what should have been a public hospitality environment. This experience left me deeply upset and disappointed. I request a clear explanation of the incident, as well as confirmation of what policies your staff are instructed to follow regarding entry and pricing. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and investigated properly. Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable.

I went to Morgana last night with 3 friends and we were discriminated against. At the entrance they made up a rule that online reservations were mandatory and that the price was €150 per person — conditions clearly meant to turn us away. The proof came moments later: the group of young people behind us, of Nordic appearance, walked in without any reservation and without being asked for the same. The only difference was one thing: our ethnicity. This is plain and simple ethnic discrimination, and it’s unacceptable for an establishment that claims to be open to the public. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Last night I went to Mariana Cocktails with 3 friends and was met with a situation I find completely unacceptable. At the door, we were told the bar was full and that we had no reservation. Yet the group right behind us — also without a reservation — walked in without any issue. When I asked about booking for the following night, the response was vague and came with a very pointed reminder about the 150€ minimum spend per person. The bar was clearly not full. The only visible difference between our group and the one that got in was how we were dressed — we were in casual clothes. It was a humiliating experience, and what I witnessed was discrimination based on appearance. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t want to be judged at the door.

The vibes here are amazing, and the drinks are just as good. They have a drink called the 1972 - wow. Dario ran the show for a huge party of ours and we couldn't be happier. Check it out.

Truly a special place with excellent service and drinks. The food could be improved.

They charge €50 for entry when the entrance door is closed and you can't see the place or the atmosphere. It includes a very ordinary drink that's supposed to be worth more than €20. The place is small, with most people sitting at tables and the music is terrible. The dance floor is tiny. It seems like they're offering something luxurious, but it's a very ordinary pub with exorbitant prices that isn't worth it. We felt ripped off. We paid €50 per person and weren't even there for 30 minutes.

The bar was literally empty, which contradicts the whole exclusivity theme that they are pushing. For that, a minimum consumption rate on those nights when nobody is there is just ridiculous. The 25 Euro drinks are quite interesting, although not mind-blowing, and super small; like 50-100ml small. In the end, it's super overpriced, and if you don't get exclusivity with interesting people from all over the world, it's just awkward. We wasted 150 Euro sitting just by us for one hour.

The place is magnificent, the decor is beautiful, it feels like a world away, the atmosphere is very romantic, which is really nice. The cocktails are expensive but sophisticated. It's a shame the glasses aren't displayed more attractively. The service was excellent. However, we were shocked when the waiter asked us to vacate the table because "all the tables were reserved," even though we had ordered three bottles. We weren't even offered another table or anything. I find that completely disrespectful. It's a shame.

Wonderful place! An amazing atmosphere, original drinks, great music, and truly the best service. Special thanks to the bartender Alfredo - always smiling and providing top-level service. We’ll be happy to come back!
