What a relief to be on the plane and finally leave this hotel! There were no signs when we arrived at 11:30 PM in front of the hotel, the door was locked, and there was no way to access our room. A hotel guest eventually heard us knocking and let us in. Our room key was lying on a desk with no one at reception. When we pointed this out to the staff the next day, they told us, "Complain to Booking.com, they'll side with us," followed by, "Take responsibility." Yet we had tried to contact them multiple times the day before (phone, email, message...). Things only got worse: a jackhammer every morning from 7:00 AM, a disgusting breakfast (no fresh produce, only Lidl products) in a basement with no windows... And to top it all off, the room: only one electrical outlet for the entire room, a broken shower door, and a tiny window advertised as a "garden view." The room was tiny and the bathroom incredibly damp! No hot water on the last day! It was nothing like what we saw online! Avoid at all costs!

It was very nice expecience,new rooms,cozy matelases,nice bathroom and enough space for make up and bags.Overall,location great,close to both St.Julians and Sliema walking area.

I stayed in a very quiet triple room facing the back. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom modern, and the temperature was perfect. There was air conditioning. The floors were fireproof. They cleaned our room every day. There's no closet, just hangers, but we didn't mind. Breakfast in the basement was simple but acceptable, though only with Nescafe. There's no one at the reception desk, but they were always available on the phone and available if needed.

We booked this property for four nights while visiting Malta as a family (myself, my mother, and my father) and arrived after a long journey from Greece, expecting a comfortable and welcoming stay. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the very beginning due to the owner’s unprofessional behavior. After checking in, my father contacted the owner to request slippers, as they were clearly listed as an included amenity on the booking website. The response we received was dismissive and rude. The owner replied, “What slippers?”—a response that is inappropriate and unprofessional in the hospitality industry. When my father politely explained that slippers were mentioned in the booking details and that we needed them that same day, the owner stated they could only be provided the next day. When my father reiterated that we were currently without slippers, the situation escalated unnecessarily. The owner accused us of “creating too much pressure” and shockingly told us that we should leave the property immediately. This conversation took place on Christmas Eve, after a long international journey, leaving us stressed and mentally drained instead of relaxed. Being told to leave simply for requesting an advertised amenity is unacceptable and completely contrary to basic hospitality standards. The owner went on to say that we could cancel the booking and leave, fully aware that finding alternative accommodation at that time would be extremely difficult. He then instructed us not to message him again. This entire interaction created tension, discomfort, and a very negative atmosphere for what was supposed to be a family holiday. Regardless of cultural differences or holiday stress, this level of rudeness and hostility toward paying guests is unjustifiable. Apart from that, the tv never worked and the staff needed reminders to provide us with toiletries. Breakfast was however was very good

Bad host. You may ask to leave the hotel at end of the night. Owner get upset if you ask for some missing items like room sleepers, toilet paper etc. Mind you booking.com will do nothing even you complain.

The hotel lacks a personal touch in its service to customers.The washroom toiletries were not refilled every day. Otherwise, the hotel offers good value for money; however, when hospitality is at stake, other aspects matter less.
