VITA Hotel & Rooftop

The hotel is very centrally located, but is situated in Paceville. On the Strip, where all the clubs are located. This causes a lot of noise at night, making it difficult to sleep well. We stayed there for a week, and three times there was an event in the evening, which meant you couldn't enjoy yourself in the evenings. The pool was generally okay. But as soon as several people wanted to swim, it quickly became too crowded. You would be lying on top of each other at the sunbeds and could barely swim. A shame! The staff was very friendly and understanding! However, it is not recommended for a family vacation. Certainly not if you aren't going just to party. If you are going only to party, by all means, go for it!

Came here for 9 nights on the 19-28th June I have to say what a massive disappointment, the staff are lovely and work extremely hard that’s all that’s going for this hotle. We had an adapted bedroom great if you require them facilities how ever we did not the shower room soaked The whole bedroom window was tiny backed on to a walking corridor.. it was like a party hotel- allowing all to use the facilities when it’s not big enough for the guest that actually paid.. noise all night long drunken people allowed to walk the corridors at silly o’clock in the morning.. more concerning everyone entering this hotel had access to all fooors even tho they wasn’t staying here. Asked serval times for a room change and got fobbed off. Would not recommend especially for the price we paid.

A very nice and well-maintained hotel right in the city center. Even though it's in the heart of Paceville, you can sleep peacefully at night. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very warm and friendly, and they addressed all our questions and requests. The location is perfect: a 24/7 Spar supermarket is just steps away, the beach is a 5-minute walk, and bars, restaurants, and a shopping center are right outside. We would definitely book it again!

Our bed sheets were not changed the entire week of our stay We did not have our toilet roll topped up once The cleaner came in made our bed and then left Staff were not at all helpful We went down the first night and asked if we could pay for a new room , he told us come back down in the morning which we did and were told there was no room however he would update us when there was one , we never got updated. We enquired about late check out , they told us come back down in the morning as “ he doesn’t know” There was 0 light in our room Staff were not very polite Location was great Our rubbish was taken out the whole week , we least our rubbish neatly bagged and our bottled separated clearly for the bin and they were never taken

Hello, I wanted to add a review so you're very careful if you book a room at this hotel. We were given a horrible room overlooking an interior courtyard, with a ceiling like a bunker. We asked if there was any possibility of a better room, even if it meant paying extra. The receptionist on Saturday morning (I don't know his name, but he was very friendly; he had dark hair and skin) tried to get us a change, but told us it was impossible since the hotel was full. We understood and continued our stay. Everything happened on check-out day. We asked if we could postpone our check-out to make the most of the day since our flight was late. They charged us €40 to check out at 2 pm. The hotel had already been quite expensive for the awful room we'd had, but we paid and didn't complain. We left our luggage at the reception desk and spent the day out. Upon returning to the hotel and collecting our luggage, we discovered we had been STOLEN. Someone had accessed the same luggage storage, tampered with my backpack, and stolen my perfume and headphones. Afterward, the hotel manager told us they would try to investigate what happened, but that the hotel wasn't responsible for items stolen on their premises. I received an email the next day stating that they had recovered my belongings and were sending them to my country. What condition were they in? Had they been tampered with by other people? I believe the hotel should have compensated us in some way upon departure. I left with a very bad experience and a negative impression of the trip because of this. I'm writing this review so you'll be careful when you go and leave your valuables, wallets, or anything else. They have no security whatsoever, and anyone who enters without any supervision can easily access your belongings.
