Excellent hotel in a lovely city.

Hilton The Hague is my absolute favorite hotel in The Hague! The Executive Rooms with lounge access are a real highlight :) Super comfortable and with fantastic service! The breakfast is also absolutely worth the money: varied, fresh, and of the highest quality. Dogs are also very welcome here 🤗 I'll definitely be back!

The room was completely broken, and we couldn’t take a shower or sleep well because of the poor condition. However, Kamren, the receptionist, was very kind and professional. He handled the situation well and gave us a refund, which we really appreciated. Thank you, Kamren, for your excellent customer service despite the unfortunate experience.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, but the only downside was that it was a bit dark. Restaurants along the street outside the hotel were still open in the evening, offering opportunities to dine nearby and enjoy the romantic street view.

Beautiful modern hotel in a perfect location for a tourist visit. The neighborhood is fantastic, coffee shops and great restaurants close. Clean and safe area. Unfortunately, we had too many issues with the hotel. The staff, however, is fantastic. The first room we were given had serious electrical problems and the room power light switch would sizzle and short out, lights blinking. The toilet was dirty and not flushed. Staff moved us to a second slightly smaller room but with an excellent view. Unless you hugged the wall in the shower, water would roll out into the bathroom. The sink faucet was slightly defective. Housekeeping only left one towel on a day. We loved our stay and the wonderful front desk staff.

A classic Hilton hotel in a former post office building. Therefore, the floors and rooms are somewhat unusual. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Hilton The Hague. From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The Executive Lounge was excellent, offering a great selection of drinks and snacks in a relaxing atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options and outstanding service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend Hilton The Hague to anyone visiting the city. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Hotel in The Hague. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the location good. The service was generally satisfactory. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn't quite live up to my expectations – the selection and quality could have been better.
