Flamingo Hostel Kraków

I absolutely don't recommend it! A disaster. Dirty and an electric heater that doesn't work in February. There's no way to reach reception.

Horrible!! The only good thing is the location. The facilities are old, poorly maintained, and worst of all, incredibly dirty. You can't even sleep because the mattresses are old, bad, and you sink right into them. There's a lot of street noise at night. The window is also half broken.

My experience at this hostel in Krakow was terrible. I had a confirmed reservation, and yet upon arrival, we were told there was no room available. The hostel and the booking app blamed each other, and no one offered a clear explanation or took responsibility. The worst part is that it was the middle of winter, freezing cold, and the city was completely packed. Even so, the receptionist did absolutely nothing to help us. We begged her, even pleaded with her, to find a solution, but she simply washed her hands of the matter and left us stranded on the street, without any support. Mistakes can happen, but a complete lack of empathy and professionalism is unforgivable. If I were you, I wouldn't stay at this hostel.

It's a complete farce. I had a confirmed reservation, and when I arrived, I found myself without accommodation. They literally left us on the street, at night in sub-zero temperatures, without offering any solution or alternative. Besides doing nothing, they tried to make me feel like the situation was my fault. I've never experienced such a lack of responsibility and empathy from an accommodation provider. Don't risk it; it's a scam. There are hostels a thousand times better. Don't go to this one.

Cons: No double beds, even though they promised them. Otherwise, it's good for the price. Location is in the city center.

It's okay for one night, the location is great. The only problem is the club next to the hostel, and the noise at night makes it difficult to sleep. The rooms are clean, as are the bathrooms. If I were to return for one night while passing through, I'd probably stay there again, but a longer stay would be tiring.

The floor of my room is wooden tiles and it makes sounds when you walk and you can even hear the sound to the other room. Tv is useless and the internet is super weak. However the location is perfect if you sleep in this place for one night then it’s fine .

I stayed two nights to see the city. The hostel's location is excellent. The room was clean. The bathroom wasn't very spacious; there were two shared bathrooms for about ten rooms. There's a club/bar downstairs that plays some music, but it's not annoying. The hostel does provide earplugs. I paid 20 euros a night at the end of August. For what you pay, what they offer is pretty good!

Hello, this is the worst mess we could have ever gotten. Booking.com offers are a complete scam, and you need to carefully research the room details before booking. I booked a room with a private bathroom, but I got one with a shared bathroom. The rooms are worse than the worst dormitory, with a stench everywhere. Don't be fooled by this cheap hotel. The women at the reception are incompetent. I advise you not to rent this room.
