ibis Wroclaw Centrum

We recently stayed at Ibis Wrocław Centrum and cannot say enough good things about the experience — largely thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. A special shoutout to Anna, Katia, Maya (bar/restaurant), and Kalina (reception). Each one of them was kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable throughout our stay. From a smooth and friendly check-in to relaxed evenings chatting in the lobby, to warm service at dinner, they consistently went above and beyond. They took the time to engage us in great conversation and even shared helpful local language tips when we asked — small touches that made a big difference and made us feel like more than just guests. It's rare to find a team so consistently warm and attentive across every interaction, and it says a lot about the culture at this hotel. Their genuine care turned our stay into something truly memorable. Beyond the wonderful staff, the hotel's location is fantastic too — just a short walk from Wrocław's beautiful city centre, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. If you're visiting Wrocław, I highly recommend choosing Ibis Wrocław Centrum for your stay. Between the unbeatable location and the outstanding team — especially Anna, Katia, Maya, and Kalina — you're guaranteed a comfortable and welcoming experience. The hotel did not make the best impression - a very cramped room, poorly combined with a shower and washbasin right in the room, and the extractor hoods in neither the toilet nor the shower room work, meaning all the steam in the room. The window cannot be opened, only a small crack, there are no detergents (only an all-in-one detergent), no extra towels and no hairdryer, and no blankets. There is no wardrobe or suitcase stand either - so this is a 1-night stay with a minimum of things. Of the pluses, the breakfasts are delicious and varied, the cost of which is included in the price.

The air conditioning is incredibly noisy! The doors slamming is awful!

The hotel does not justify its price. The room is cramped, there is no wardrobe, only hangers, no place for a suitcase, right next to the bed there is a shower and a sink for hands, no shampoo, or rather there is a universal remedy for everything. The window does not open. We had to ask for an extra blanket, because we ordered a room with two separate beds, and they gave us one double bed. Towels are given one per person, and there is no place to dry them in the room either. There is no hairdryer. The only plus is the delicious breakfasts. 7500 for two nights is expensive for such a hotel.

Nice hotel. Clean room. Breakfast is served with various kinds of food, included Instant Noodle and Kim Chi :)

I have no idea where this place got such a high rating. The only positives are its good location and the affordable price. The rooms are very tiny, with no refrigerator, no trash can (only a small one in the bathroom), the breakfast is the same every day, and the bread isn't fresh. On top of that, the parking is the most expensive in Poland. I was very disappointed.
