Nice place, good and young atmosphere. Nice for a good drink and dance

Unfortunately, the staff is consistently rude. Almost every time I go, I witness someone being treated disrespectfully, which really affects the overall atmosphere. It’s a shame, because the DJs are usually great, but the experience almost always ends in frustration because of the way guests are treated.

I went to Zoom, had a water, a Smirnoff Ice, and a Coca-Cola, and they charged me 100 euros because I lost my drink card, even after the card was found. Seeing me looking for the card, another person at the bar called me over and said they had found a card and left it at the register. When I got to the register and asked about the card, instead of saying "we didn't find anything," the girl told me to talk to security, who in turn told me I could only leave after paying 100 euros. I explained that this wasn't fair because I knew exactly what I had consumed and the amount was far from 100 euros. I was sober and calm; clearly neither I nor my friends had drunk the equivalent of 100 euros. They wouldn't let me leave and told me to call the police, which I did, and received the following response: "the girl shouldn't be out tonight," followed by them hanging up on me. The argument escalated, and I said I needed to pay what I owed and leave. The two enormous men working as security decided to intimidate and prevent a woman who was almost five feet tall from moving. When they saw I wasn't going to pay for something I didn't owe, one of the men pulled out my consumption card, which he had with him the whole time. He saw on the card that the consumption corresponded to what I had mentioned, so I paid the 15 euros, and only after almost an hour and a half was I able to leave. I have images and videos of everything that happened, and I hope that this place will be held accountable for my case and the cases of all the people it tried to take advantage of.

We've been denied entry several times for being "drunk," while drugs are being consumed inside, from consumption to sale... be more reasonable.

I wouldn't be surprised if it closes; what started as an innovative and well-attended project has seen its quality decline over the years. Others will come along and do better, I hope.

I don't understand how smoking is allowed inside the establishment when it's prohibited; next time I'll call the police.

Great place for a night of great music and fun!

First and last time I set foot in this sewer. In the early hours of November 22nd, while wearing a jacket a friend had lent me, two half-baked white twinks accused me of stealing it, and the situation escalated to the point where they wanted to take my jacket. Despite repeatedly explaining that the jacket wasn't theirs, and having proof, racism prevailed. Furthermore, the staff did not intervene appropriately, being inclined to believe everything but my word. Only after the accusers re-entered the club did they find the jacket and realize their mistake, apologizing. However, until that moment, I, a Black woman, was publicly harassed, treated aggressively, considered a thief and a liar without any prior verification of the facts. In a space that should be safe and inclusive, it would be expected that the staff would manage these types of conflicts better and avoid unfounded accusations and humiliating situations. I strongly advise against Zoom to anyone; don't waste your money here.

Terrible, we were without electricity, music, and air conditioning for over 40 minutes… they didn't refund the money, it was disrespectful… they didn't even say anything.
