Grand Hotel San Marino

Centrally located hotel. Expensive for the services offered, including a garage and electric car charging station. They take unfair advantage of the location with unjustified, extremely high costs that are unheard of elsewhere. Superior room and breakfast were standard for the price paid. Breakfast was barely adequate. Furthermore, the promised view from the room was completely obscured by the trees in front. The hallways smelled unpleasant, with old, dirty carpeting. The reception staff were unprofessional, except for a Moldovan handyman who was very friendly.

A truly wonderful place A charming hotel, nestled in a real haven of peace. The staff is very welcoming and attentive, and our room was very spacious, with a beautiful view. The breakfast is excellent, the bedding very comfortable, and the bathroom modern, with a large walk-in shower, simple, practical, and spacious. A perfect balance between comfort and modernity. The parking is also very convenient, with efficient and helpful staff. The hotel is very well located, close to the center, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. A wonderful discovery and a place we recommend without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed one night at this property, which I definitely recommend. Excellent location, many amenities, excellent breakfast, comfortable room.

Excellent infrastructure, reception not very interactive. We requested a triple room, but only an improvised camping bed was provided, and despite our request, they did not offer additional towels. Breakfast was very good.

Although the location is perfect to enter the historical center, also have great views, can park easily because the hotel has (small charge) parking garage and also there are other parking areas very close, there is a problem ... There are beside and over the hotel bars that make too much noise... The hotel staff very helpful (reception, cleaning, waiters, everybody) Especially Luka at the reception is one of the best in customer service I have met in my trips. The rooms are very clean , also the common areas. The rooms may need (a little) repairs. The prices are very good considering the area, the four stars, the service, the prices around of other businesses. For the breakfast, I would suggest some more vegetables (didn't find tomato, tomatini, cucumber e. t. c.). A great benefit is that by staying there you can use a card for discount on the tickets for the tower and some other sightseeing. Also a discount for a great bar - resto.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is the ideal base for exploring San Marino. The location is superb, and the service was excellent from the very beginning. While the infrastructure is a bit dated and shows its age in places, this didn't detract from our stay at all. We felt very comfortable and warmly welcomed throughout. Special praise goes to the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.
