It's not all brand new; some things are missing and many are broken. But there are also many positives! The rooms are nice and spacious, and there's a large covered balcony with seating. The bathroom is also large. The curtains darken the room well. There's a kettle in the room, and there's a shared kitchen. The reception is friendly and speaks English.

I would give this apartment a solid 4 stars but feel there is room for some improvement. Pros - the bed is super comfortable and the sheets were of a good hotel quality. The bathroom was clean, there was a tv in the room with cable and English speaking channels, a good last minute price, and the female receptionist was super friendly. Property was responsive to messages on Booking.com which is always appreciated. I also like the location in the Vracar neighbourhood which is more local and less touristy, and felt more refined than the inner city. Cons - the King Balcony Room that I had booked was on the first floor overlooking a busy street with bustling traffic at all hours, even with the window closed it was audible, so earplugs are needed for a good sleep. The room is carpeted which I despise as it is difficult to tell if it is properly cleaned, floorboards or concrete would be much nicer. The room has air conditioning but no remote was to be found. I had to ask the reception for it and was told that it was cool enough outside and an open window was sufficient. After explaining that I was working in the room and it was too noisy with the window open, they reluctantly gave me the remote. I feel like it should be up to the guest to decide if they want to use the window or the air conditioning, especially as the outside air is super polluted in Belgrade. Had to ask the reception for a hairdryer as there isn't one in the room by default, which was rather strange. Was possible to leave luggage after check out, but there is no dedicated secure room for this.
