Hotel Lent

After booking a room for one night through bocking, I inquired about parking about five days later. I received no response. Even after two reminders, nothing came of it. I then wrote that I would have to cancel if I didn't receive a reply within the next day. About ten minutes later, I received the message "You are welcome to cancel." Outrageous, I'd say. The booking was cancelled due to the staff's unfriendly attitude.

Disaster, regular guest. And had to leave because the hotel was full. He's done this twice now.

It is in a very nice location, the room is very nice, clean and comfortable, the staff is very nice, friendly and helpful! Thank you very much for your kindness and I can only recommend it to everyone!

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago. The location is good. During our stay (before check-out), we returned to our room after briefly leaving and found the room door completely open, with no one inside. Nothing was missing, but we found this concerning from a security perspective. We reported the situation to the staff, who informed us that no action would be taken since nothing was taken. After our stay, we left a factual review on Booking.com, as requested after completing our reservation. Subsequently, our stay was marked as “no-show” and the booking was cancelled, despite the fact that we did stay at the hotel and received an invoice confirming this. We find this situation troubling and disappointing, particularly when feedback is provided in good faith based on an actual stay. I can provide proof of invoice & the discussion with booking.com

Friendly staff, pleasant, homely atmosphere

A nice little hotel, in a great location. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. We will definitely visit again.
