Margot House

A very bad stay at the Margot House Hotel. For a high price, we were given a room with no window (???), right next to the reception area where we could hear absolutely everything that was going on, day and night. I had to leave the room twice in the middle of the night to ask the receptionists to speak more quietly. We could hear all the other hotel guests as well. We asked to change rooms, which, of course, was impossible. The room itself was very disturbing, with, as mentioned above, no window and therefore no natural light. The toilet wasn't soundproofed by a tiny door, and the bathroom had no door at all. The room was cramped, and the bedding was barely comfortable.

Excellent luxury rooms in the center of Barcelona...very good customer service.

Magnificent hotel, the location is perfect. The staff are very attentive and helpful.

I don't understand how it has three stars 🌟 🤷 because honestly I would give it 5... Incredible stay... It's a beautiful hotel, with an incredible design, cleanliness a 10 (it's what I value most when I go to a hotel) the bed, the toiletries, the bathroom... everything to the max... It has exceeded my expectations... The girl at reception was very kind and pleasant... A 10 out of 10... If you are a fan of cleanliness I recommend it 100%... Congratulations to all of you who run this hotel...
