🌴 A NIGHT IN GANDIA… AND THE FEELING OF HAVING ESCAPED TO THE CARIBBEAN 🌴 We spent a night at TU&ME Resort in Gandia, and it was truly one of those getaways that leaves you with the feeling of “this was just what we needed.” The rooms are simple, without any great luxuries, and I think that's important to mention. But, honestly, there are places where what matters isn't just the room… but how they make you feel. And that's exactly what happens here. What truly makes this adults-only resort enchanting are its gardens and pools. So much manicured lawn, palm trees everywhere, peaceful corners, soft music, and an atmosphere that at times makes you feel closer to a Caribbean island than the Valencian coast. There's something in the air that invites you to slow down and simply enjoy. Furthermore, the staff deserves a special mention. Friendly, attentive, and always with a genuine smile, the kind that doesn't seem rehearsed. It's wonderful to arrive at a place where you can tell they genuinely want you to feel good. We also loved their philosophy of living without rushing, enjoying the little moments, the sun, a quiet drink by the pool, or a conversation without looking at the clock. And Gandia, besides its beaches, has that "wow" factor that you gradually understand as you begin to discover everything it has to offer. If you're looking for a resort in Gandia to disconnect, relax, and feel like you're taking a mental break, it's definitely worth checking out. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so comfortable. You gave us a simple, peaceful, and much-needed getaway. And yes… I think we'll be back! 🌴

A complete nightmare! The room was awful, filthy, and had all the defects shown in the photos. Furthermore, we requested a room with a double bed, and despite the hotel being half empty and us being the first to arrive, they told us that was only available upon request, even though there was no option for it in our reservation. To make matters worse, the reception staff were completely indifferent, barely paying attention to our problem because they were engaged in their own conversations. They advertised it as an adults-only hotel, but there were children present. The buffet and bar staff, however, were lovely.

Perfect food, very friendly staff, great garden, I would return

A very nice, spacious room overlooking the courtyard and pool area. The room was very clean; the only issue was the unbearable sewage smell. The courtyard with the pool is very well laid out and truly lovely. We had breakfast there in the morning, and there was nothing to complain about. There was a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The manager even told us that if there wasn't something we liked, we shouldn't hesitate to let him know so the cook could prepare something else for us. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has private parking and is close to all amenities by car. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

What we liked least was the bathroom. The shower curtain kept falling down with the hot water. Water was everywhere. The hairdryer was so old we just unplugged it. There was a drain that looked open, so in the summer, all sorts of things must be getting in. If we found a ton of ants and a tiny cockroach during the May bank holiday weekend, imagine what it would be like in the summer... The bed creaks terribly, the bedside tables are metal, the TV doesn't even have a split screen... the emergency light stays on at night... the walls are paper-thin, you can hear everything... On top of that, we saw the menu at reception, and once we went in, it was a huge disappointment. Nothing matched the description... we were incredibly bummed out because we would have preferred to go out for dinner... and not only that, there was very little variety. Chinese noodles, pasta salad, frozen croquettes, nachos with guacamole and onions? It's completely out of character for a resort hotel. On the other hand, we saw the menu at reception, and once we went in, it was a total letdown. Leaving the hotel is extremely difficult; there's a stop sign that's very hard to navigate. Cars are constantly coming, visibility is poor, the merge lane is very short... and you can't walk anywhere. On the positive side, the staff is very friendly, and the exterior is very well-maintained and beautiful.

Overall, it was good. The rooms, furniture, bathrooms, etc., could be improved. The radiator was covered in limescale and had leaks. The bed legs were wobbly, and the bed moved a lot when you shifted on the wheels. Everything is old and worn. It needs a significant investment to bring it up to the same standard as the reception areas. The buffet had a good amount of food, but little variety. The waiters and head waiter were constantly attentive and clearing the tables. They were very helpful. The elevator was also very old. Someone spilled coffee on Friday night, and the puddle was still there on Sunday morning. Even though reception was notified immediately, they didn't bother to clean it up. These are details that need improvement.

A fabulous space where you can wear those amazing party outfits, an excellent and exclusive menu, and unbeatable staff.

The best option for a relaxing getaway with your partner and your best friend. Perfect stay.
