10 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the charming Hotel Nativo in Siesta, Ibiza. The location is simply beautiful – peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet everything is still within easy reach. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive. We felt welcome from the very first moment. We especially appreciated the thoughtful daily surprises, such as chocolates and other little treats – it's these personal touches that truly make a difference. The hotel is cozy, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast left nothing to be desired – it truly had everything you could wish for. The food was also outstanding, prepared with great care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a quieter place to stay with plenty of charm, exceptional service, and a wonderful atmosphere, this is the perfect choice. We would definitely come back and recommend this hotel. 🌴☀️
Seven of us stayed at the hotel for three days. After a very welcoming start, our friend arrived, having booked a single room. This room was more expensive than the double room with a terrace we had booked. She had no window, so her swimwear couldn't dry. Her attempt to change rooms was either refused or subject to an extra charge, which we found incomprehensible. At the same time, we discovered that there were still rooms with windows available online at lower prices. We found it very disappointing that all our attempts to find a satisfactory solution on-site failed. In one room, the television and telephone didn't work, and in another, the air conditioner was leaking from the ceiling onto the floor. All of this would have been tolerable if there had been a bit more customer service in dealing with the unacceptable room. A real shame.
We stayed at Nativo for 9 days. As our holiday approached, we read more and more negative reviews. Nevertheless, we decided to approach this with an open mind and form our own experience. Unfortunately, we have to conclude that the negative points outweigh the positive ones for us. The room was spacious and practical, certainly for a stay with a child. Unfortunately, our experience started off on the wrong foot right at check-in. After a long flight with an exhausted child, it turned out that our room was not yet ready, even though our arrival time had been communicated well over two months in advance. That can happen, but we found the way this was handled disappointing. There was little understanding of the situation and the service felt impersonal. Additionally, we were directed to a disabled toilet to change because our 1.5-year-old child was crying. This was not a pleasant start to the holiday. The hygiene also left something to be desired. The bed linen was not changed, towels were not always clean or were not replaced with the justification that the delivery did not show up. Furthermore, despite the abundance of sand, hardly any mopping was done. After we pointed this out, apologies were offered, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we saw no lasting improvement after that. During our stay, the service was particularly disappointing. The staff was generally unfriendly; a simple greeting (good morning or good evening) was often lacking. When we asked for hot water for a baby bottle, the receptionist indicated that the bar downstairs was closed and all the appliances were turned off. We were then directed to the rooftop, where the bartender told us they did not have hot water there. So, we had to go back downstairs with the rooftop bartender to get the hot water from the equipment that had previously been "off." We also paid €15 per day for parking, while the access card failed to work multiple times and there were frequent power outages. That can happen, but it is the tone that makes the music of the service. Additionally, our room was located under the rooftop pool, meaning the sound of running water was constantly audible. Finally, we found it striking that a hotel that bills itself as child-friendly had only two high chairs available during breakfast, while many young families were staying there. Although the apologies made seemed sincere, the service did not noticeably improve afterwards. It is a shame, because the hotel certainly has potential, but in our opinion, there is still much room for improvement in terms of hospitality, hygiene, and service. Just like all previous reviews, responses to this review will likely state that the matter is being discussed and evaluated, but these points have already been mentioned below by other vacationers and unfortunately seem to have had no influence. As can be seen from the response, absolutely no responsibility is being taken, and the points were indeed reported.
We had an amazing stay here! Everything about the hotel was beautiful and clean, rooms are large, very peaceful atmosphere, and the staff are so friendly. 100% would recommend and would stay here again 🥰
We stayed at the Hotel Nativo for six days and everything went very well. The hotel is well located and well maintained. The rooms are clean and spacious, although there could be more closet space. The hotel is suitable for young children. The breakfast is very comprehensive; our only slight complaint was that it opened at 8:00 a.m., which was a bit late for us with an early riser. There is paid parking available, but we found free street parking every day.
Just perfect! Very nice staff, delicieus breakfast, helpfull, clean, Ibiza style decorated, good beds!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nativo Ibiza and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, especially to families. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between feeling stylish and luxurious while also being incredibly family-friendly. It’s beautifully designed with a relaxed atmosphere, and we never felt like having a baby with us was an inconvenience. Every member of staff was genuinely warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. The rooms were lovely, modern and comfortable, and the pool area was a beautiful place to relax. The food was another highlight. There was an excellent choice at breakfast, with something for everyone, and the sea quesadilla was absolutely delicious – definitely worth trying! We also thought the hotel was very reasonably priced for the quality of the accommodation, food and overall experience. We honestly don’t have any criticisms. The only tip we’d offer for future families is that hiring a car is worth considering. The walk into the main part of Santa Eulària is around 20 minutes, which is perfectly manageable, but can feel quite long with a baby or in the Ibiza heat. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’d love to return.
