I want to highlight the exceptional cleanliness of the entire hotel; I'm not exaggerating. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was a 10/10. The bathroom amenities were of unexpectedly high quality. The pool was fantastic, and the dinner was unbeatable! They have a great chef and an excellent, extensive wine list. It's a hotel where they pay close attention to detail and quality in everything. Very peaceful and welcoming. Not to mention the perfect location. It exceeded all my expectations. We spent 11 days at this hotel and enjoyed our vacation from the very beginning. I have never been greeted and treated so warmly at any hotel! From the reception, where we received many tips for excursions, to the room service and the excellent cuisine of the attached restaurant, everything was perfect! The building itself is a real eye-catcher, dating back to the 18th century and lovingly renovated. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

A magnificent hotel ideally located in a beautiful village. The room is spacious, the patio is superb, the pool is lovely, and the sauna is private. The restaurant is excellent. But above all, the staff is very attentive. Perfect.

Spectacular. Our stay at the Hotel San Roque was exceptional. It's full of beautiful corners, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, and extremely comfortable. The staff is super professional and very, very friendly. The restaurant's cuisine is exquisite. We loved the breakfast, which doesn't have an excessive variety of products, but those it does offer are of the highest quality. The rooms are very nice, the beds very comfortable, and every space invites you to relax and enjoy the present moment. We will definitely return.

The rooms are not worth the price.

The hotel is very beautiful, built in the Canarian style, with an open courtyard. We found the room too dark. There were no windows facing the outside; only the glass door opened onto the courtyard. However, it was stylish and very nicely furnished. Breakfast was very good. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Due to the lack of natural light in the room, we wouldn't stay there again. The location is ideal for excursions to the north and around the island in general. A large, free public parking lot is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The old town is also no more than a 3-minute walk away.
