Friendly service. If you think you've already experienced a place with top-notch service, it means you haven't been to Bar Ruta yet. Great food. (Gyoza? The best!) Where do you think Kung Fu Panda would go for dumplings? Yes, exactly as you thought, Bar Ruta. Hot outside? A cold beer? -> Exactly as you're thinking. Cold outside? Yes, when it's cold and you happen to be walking by, thinking "maybe I'll go in", "warm up", "have something to eat". That will be your best decision (of that day, of course), and who knows, you might even bump into Kung Fu Panda, you never know. Highly recommended!
