ITOUR HOTEL & COFFEE

Rosa, the owner, is very kind, attentive to everything, and always has a smile. Free parking nearby. A small, modern, and charming hotel.

We only had dinner, but we had a very good dinner.

The worst hotel and restaurant I've ever been to. The room looked like it had been assembled by small children… glue marks everywhere, pieces that didn't fit together, the bathroom door bumped into the vent, a bad smell, loose wires, no door in the bathroom, we even found a cockroach… the restaurant was just as bad, if not worse. I didn't know it was possible to make a bad ham and cheese sandwich.

In short, everything was bad. Don't order the sandwich for breakfast (it took over half an hour; I had to go to the bar to get it because it was left there undelivered even though the waiters were there, and it was bad). The tables were dirty, with everything still uncleaned from the night before. Don't order the ice cream either. It's anything but ice cream. There was a special guest in the room (a cockroach). We definitely won't be back.

- The downside: the toast is so tiny that the toppings don't even fit. With the same amount of toppings on a more "normal" toast, it would be ideal. - The upside: a very pleasant place, and the service from the waiters was excellent.

We went down for breakfast or lunch, and Carlos Daniel served us wonderfully; a very kind and polite young man, an excellent professional ☺️

I needed a blanket in the room and more cleaning.

Cockroaches in the room, super uncomfortable bed, lack of staff (I didn't see anyone from the hotel in two days)... Everything was awful.

We went for brunch and found an exceptional place: excellent coffee, delicious food, great service, a very comfortable and beautifully decorated setting. We'll be back soon to try the menus!
