Everything perfect

Everything was excellent.

The rooms are clean. Showers and toilets are also clean. Close to the center of Valencia, close to shops and all amenities. A minor drawback is that you'll need to take a bike or bus to get to the beach; it's a bit further on foot. Otherwise, it's great.

Well located but you don't get much sleep at night, it's very noisy and the room shakes every time someone walks by

RUN AWAY FROM HERE! Only positive point: location + the receptionists try to help amidst the chaos that is this hostel. - The rooms are very chaotic and the bed layout makes no sense. - Bathrooms with dim lighting so the guest doesn't notice that the walls are full of mold 🤢 - It seems to always be receiving school tours, the hostel is always full of minors. - Zero security, there are cameras everywhere, but it's useless (all my food was stolen from the refrigerator and the receptionist said she didn't have access to the cameras so she couldn't do anything).

The stay was good – however, I didn't get my deposit back because of "technical problems." It was nighttime, and the security guard who handles check-outs at that time said he'd already informed the team. I immediately sent an email to support via the form on their website while still at the airport. I never received a reply, and I never got my deposit back. Beware, this might be a scam. If anyone feels responsible: my check-out was on March 21, 2026, at 4:45 a.m.

Saturday night was a concert till 1:30 am, so that's when you go to sleep (am not complaining). It's a great business for sure - but bit impersonal from users point of view. Great location at the big river park, nice historical facade..

This is one of the best hostels in Valencia, in my opinion. It's located right next to Turia Park, about a 15-minute walk from the city center. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet, with two bathrooms per floor. There are four floors in total, and on the ground floor you'll find the kitchen and a large living room where you can eat or work. The staff is friendly, and overall, I think it's a very good option for accommodation in Valencia.

Located next to the old town, about a 10-minute walk from the old town center. The environment and place are clean, and the beds and sheets are also clean. The staff are also warm and hospitable, and can solve any problems. The common areas are large, with refrigerators, microwaves, washer and dryers, and free coffee, towels, and locks are available for rent. The hostel also offers many activities such as city walks, pub crawls, and cocktail or paella classes. One thing to note is that the soundproofing is very poor. I stayed on the second floor, and I could clearly hear other guests having fun in the common area downstairs late at night. Also, when I checked in, there was a music festival next door. If it were closed, it would be tolerable, but if it were open, you could join the festival from a distance. The reason the door was open was that the hostel hadn't turned on the air conditioning by 1 a.m., and with eight people in one room, it was extremely stuffy.

Very very bad experience 🤢Consistent problems with their booking system that staff already know about, yet nothing gets fixed. I had a confirmed reservation and was still left outside all night with no help. Communication was terrible and there’s zero attempt to offer solutions when things go wrong. If you run into any issue, don’t expect support from them. Would not recommend.

Perfect for solo or group travel. The beds are comfortable and offer ample privacy (curtain, power outlet, light, bedside table). The showers and toilets are clean and plentiful. The location is ideal, close to the city center and public transportation. The breakfast is very good and offers a reasonable variety for what you'd expect from a hostel. I highly recommend this accommodation for your trip to Valencia.

Excellent experience with service and hospitality 10/10

The hostel is clean and well-maintained, with pleasant and very clean common areas. The 24-hour reception is a real plus and offers greater flexibility during your stay. The hostel is also very well located in Valencia, making it convenient for visiting the city and getting around easily. My only comment concerns the entertainment: during my 4-day stay, no evening activities were offered. There's also a lack of board games in good condition; some are incomplete, defective, or missing cards. A small investment in this area would really improve the experience and the atmosphere among travelers. Regarding the lockers, it would be better to install the padlock in the middle, as the current system doesn't seem entirely secure: even when closed, someone could potentially reach in.
