Hotel Goya

Old hotel in the city center. I stayed there many years ago... and it's still just as old. Outdated facilities. The room overlooked the back of the building. Under construction. Impossible to rest after eight in the morning and in the evening. The staff's service could be much better. Worn and dirty carpeting. Cardboard doors, bathrooms that need to be demolished, smells from the bathroom drain, torn duvet, ancient.

It's very well located, a bit old-fashioned but perfectly adequate, and with spacious rooms. The worst thing is the terrible street noise; on weekends you can hear all the commotion, shouting, and conversations of people coming back from parties.

A bit dated, but everything else was perfect: the location and good cleanliness

It doesn't look like a 4-star hotel. I recommend having breakfast outside the hotel; the breakfast was disappointing. The bathroom's neon lighting is ancient, and the yellow mirror on the closet door is useless, so you just have to do your makeup however you can. The room was clean, though. And I'm not a demanding or meticulous customer.

The hotel is just okay; the rooms clearly haven't been renovated in years. The worst part was the breakfast—not even fresh tomatoes, and no hot food area. It definitely needs improvement.

Despite its age, it's very well maintained, decorated, and clean—very clean. The breakfast is very good.

Outdated hotel with a coffee maker in the room but no coffee available (extra charge). Room without a refrigerator and outdated decor. Air conditioning with no controls. Poorly designed window system, no curtains. You either have to darken the room by lowering the blinds, or you can be seen from the street.

Perfect location for exploring the city center on foot. The staff were excellent, the rooms were spacious but a bit dark and somewhat dated, though tastefully decorated. The bed was fantastic—large and firm.

Every time I have to come to Zaragoza for work, I choose this place. The location is a 10/10, the service is a 10/10, and the rooms are functional. There's an Indigo parking garage 500 meters away, but the hotel parking is expensive (just like the Indigo). The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms are functional. If you complain about a bad smell, just let them know and they'll ventilate the room without any problem. If you complain about noise, you won't hear the birds if you're right in the city center. I've even slept with the window open. The bathroom needs renovation; it's true it has a patina (some things like the shower screen could be improved), but it's clean, functional, and safe. My only complaint is that they don't currently have a restaurant.
