Forenom Aparthotel Stockholm Flemingsberg

We (4 people, 2 rooms) spent 5 days at the hotel during our Scandinavian tour. The rooms are spacious and very well-equipped. The fridge-freezer in the one-room apartment is very quiet, so you don't notice it being disruptive. The cleanliness wasn't optimal. We washed all the dishes after arrival, as some still had coffee stains from the previous guests. It was particularly annoying that we couldn't open one of the windows because the child safety lock was stuck, preventing the windows from opening. This should have been noticed by housekeeping, and a repair should have been initiated. Since we arrived on a Sunday and the hotel doesn't have a staffed reception, we repaired the window ourselves, which took about an hour. The location is very good, about 3 minutes from Flemmingsberg train station. Regular commuter trains run from there, taking you to Stockholm Central Station in about 20 minutes. There are two supermarkets right next to the hotel, open seven days a week. A police station is also nearby. This brings us to the major drawback of the accommodation, which is why I cannot recommend it. Every day from around 9 p.m. until 3 or 4 a.m., a gang of motorcyclists drove up and down the street incessantly, revving their engines and doing wheelies. And this happened right under the noses of the police, who apparently didn't mind. Due to the resulting noise pollution, a good night's sleep was severely restricted. Therefore, we will not be using this hotel again in the future.

Meet by a room at 30 degrees Celsius, a window that could not be opened due to lack of handle. After 20 min to get to customer care they say they don’t allow windows to be opened, but 60-70% of all other windows on the garden side of building were opened, all they way up to top floors. And no thermostat in the room. Also freezer boxes were frozen stuck due to melted water being frozen, so not possible to use without a hammer to knock away the ice. Our first and last visit, do not recommend. Do yourself a favor and pick another place.

Good rooms but a bit poor cleaning and the toilet smells of sewage, even if you flush the toilet.

To put it bluntly, I would never stay here again. The price is quite reasonable compared to other hotels in Stockholm. There are no staff members inside the hotel; everything must be communicated via chat. You need a code to access your room, enter the hotel, and even use the elevator. It seems that guests often arrive without receiving their code. Every problem requires chat communication. Phone calls were unsuccessful. I think it's too digital. Another problem is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It might have been fine before, but it's quite unbearable on hot days. I had many sleepless nights. The kitchenware provided in the rooms is minimal.
