Pronova Hostel i Norrköping

Ok for a few nights, kitchen corner in a poor shape, coffee machine not working (because unplugged) place ressembles an office, not cosy.

Quite okay, reasonably priced

Clean and fresh and good breakfast, lactose-free and gluten-free when you ask for it. Affordable. Very peaceful and quiet.

The worst place I've ever stayed. Cockroaches on the floors, hot and no air conditioning, very bad and rude service, bad beds and no parking. I can't recommend it to anyone ever.

Worst hotel experience – I was scolded and cheated out of money! I booked a room for four people but was only given one key card. When the card happened to be left inside the room – which easily happens – I contacted the hotel for help. Then the unbelievable happened: the staff started shouting at me, accusing me and demanding 250 SEK just to unlock the door to our own room. I have never been treated so badly in a hotel. Instead of understanding and service, I received aggressive treatment and demands for payment. It felt like being attacked and punished for an honest mistake. This is not okay. As a guest, you should feel safe and welcome – not scolded and taken advantage of. I was shocked by the way they handled the situation and will never set foot here again. Choose another hotel – this place has zero respect for its guests.

Was a room with a bed and was clean, that's all I needed.

Terribly rude owner. Chose to cancel never even went there
