First of all, it's great that there's a non-smoking section, the appetizers are plentiful, the prices are very reasonable, and the music is excellent.

One of my favorite places.

Two friends and I went and ordered cocktails. I couldn't taste the alcohol, so I asked the lady serving us to increase the alcohol content. The gentleman at the counter immediately called the waiter over, asked what we wanted, then went to the bar, got a bottle of vodka, came back to our table, and rudely poured vodka into the glass. He turned around and left. I couldn't understand why he did that or what upset him. It was disgusting. I don't understand where they get the audacity to behave like that. They were impolite and disrespectful. This is a business that claims to care about customer satisfaction. I wish something like this hadn't happened. I was very upset. We paid the bill and left without drinking the drinks.

Believe me, there's more to it than that, not less. I didn't want to write too much to avoid upsetting the staff, but 3 out of 5 songs were Kurdish, and the other two were about mountains. We didn't understand what their problem was (actually, we understood but didn't agree). We wanted to listen to some folk music and drink raki, but I wish they had made the concept clear from the beginning. It's a place that sings ear-splitting folk songs to a specific crowd sitting in the front rows. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to those who think like me. It's a place that caters entirely to a certain type of person.

We had a wonderful evening, it was a very nice place.

Don't plan on having a wild time. But if you want to enjoy drinks and have a good time, this is my top choice. It's the only place I always go to when I'm in Ankara. Don't forget to make a reservation before you come. Despite being so crowded, the waiters are always friendly and very fast! My favorite.
