Cozy hotel located in the center. Not far from the sea, 10 minutes walk to the center and the mosque. Excellent breakfast, very pleasant service. I recommend it to everyone who wants to see Istanbul.

This is a terrible company that arranges airport or bus station transfers for hotel guests via Uber and BiTaksi, taking a commission from the drivers they hire. They make guests wait a lot and overcharge us for arranging vehicles.

Great hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; you can reach the Grand Bazaar in 5 minutes. I initially booked a different hotel. Then I had to see the reality for myself. That's how I ended up at the City Hall Hotel. I rarely praise something highly, but this hotel and its staff truly deserve it. Top hotel, excellent value for money!

We made this reservation a long time ago. Even though the payment was supposed to be made at the hotel, we were asked to update our card details and were given 24 hours to do so. We updated the details two days ago, within the required time. Still, the hotel canceled our reservation this morning without any real explanation. This is very unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for guests. Having your accommodation canceled just a few days before New Year’s is extremely stressful. We travel a lot and have stayed in many places across Europe and beyond, but we have never experienced something like this—canceling a reservation even after the guest has done everything that was requested through Booking.com. We honestly don’t understand why the hotel handles reservations this way. Even friends who stayed there before and recommended it to us were surprised by this behavior and will also leave negative reviews, because this is simply not acceptable. Very disappointing experience.

We stayed there from October 8th to 14th, 2025. The hotel is very well located and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel. The view is magnificent during breakfast, and the young woman who runs the kitchen is fantastic.

The hotel is clean, and the room is always cleaned—a big plus. However, the breakfasts left a very unpleasant impression: during our entire six-day stay, the menu never changed. It was the same every day, with no variety whatsoever. This quickly became tiresome and ruined the overall experience. It's a shame, because the hotel was otherwise quite good.
