Luxurious hotel, very responsive service, especially Benjamin (or Veniamin, perhaps). Thank you for your help and attention to my question. Great location, but we arrived during the football championship, so it was quite noisy and crowded. Delicious breakfasts. I highly recommend it.

The room is very beautiful, and the staff and cleaning staff are all incredibly kind. Above all, the location right inside Taksim Square made sightseeing so convenient! There were many reviews regarding noise, but in my room (Room 109), there was absolutely no external noise after sunset. However, there were instances where the room next door opened its door and talked loudly. On average, though, my room was quiet. I would love to stay here again on my next trip! 😍

I liked the hotel. Everything was beautiful and comfortable, but the location has its pros and cons. Yes, you're right on the main street, but that makes it very noisy. Plus, there's a nightclub right across the street that stays open until the early hours every day! The music is so loud that closing the windows doesn't help, nor do earplugs! The lights from the shops cast a neon glow even with the curtains closed. So if you're a light sleeper, choose a room facing away from us or a different hotel. Thank you so much for extending our checkout time by an hour!

Thank you for our comfortable stay at your hotel! It was clean and cozy, but our room overlooked a private garden, making it a bit dark. The scent of Istanbul was very pleasant. The receptionist, Vineomin, quickly resolved any issues that arose.

The rooms either have windows overlooking a club where music plays until 6am every day, or have no windows or ventilation at all, but they give you free earplugs.😅 The cleaning staff stole $100 from a bag that was on the table, and the hotel representative said it should have been put in the safe.😂 Regarding the noise in the room and the lack of water, they said, "You saw when you booked the hotel that it was old." The breakfast is poor, the selection is very limited, there aren't even any scrambled eggs, only drip coffee. They can make it from a coffee machine for a fee. I highly recommend this hotel.

We’ve had an amazing stay at the hotel. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, especially Cihan Ö. from the front office and Benjamin, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. We truly felt taken care of during the entire stay. Highly recommended, and we will absolutely return on our next trip to Istanbul.🤍

We were very pleased with our stay at Mr Cas Hotel. We checked in on March 21st and checked out on March 24th — everything was very comfortable and smooth. We had arranged the transfer in advance and the receptionist was very helpful: she called to confirm when the car would arrive and followed up the entire process. A special thank you to Bunyamin — he carried our two suitcases to the car, saw us off and helped us load them. He was very attentive and kind. The breakfasts were delicious, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would happily return. We highly recommend it 👍

This isn't a hotel, it's a real museum! An incredibly beautiful place with history and a stunning interior. I wanted to photograph every corner! We were worried about the noise, which other reviews complained about, but the windows in our room were quite soundproof, and we slept well. And this place can be forgiven for being so close—it's Istiklal, after all! The staff is helpful and pleasant. In the evening, we stopped at the bar for cocktails and absolutely loved the atmosphere and the cocktails themselves. Overall, the place is gorgeous! You won't find anything like this in Moscow for the same price. :)
