Had a great 3 course lunch here yesterday, and for £26 a head it was also amazing value for a city such as Edinburgh. There was 3 starters 3 mains 3 desserts but had no problem choosing at all. All courses were lovely but the Fennel sausage with linguine and tarragon butter was outstanding and a side of pomme frites which were so crispy and not greasy at all really made this course. We had a drink each and a bottle of sparkling water and was just under £75 but worth every penny. We had a voucher as a gift which was the reason for going but will definitely be visiting again. Service was excellent and staff attentive and polite and on the ball. Top marks.

Currently our favourite restaurant in Edinburgh. The lunch prix fixe menu is outstanding value and the food is delicious. Service is attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to go back !

Great food and great service. Everything was full of flavour.

Food was delicious and dietary restrictions well catered to. Restaurant was spacious, clean, bright in spite of the half sunken basement location. Bathrooms were wonderfully clean, a far cry from the usual basement dingy locations. Service was prompt.

We loved our lunch ! All the staff were so friendly, the menu was so interesting and good value and the drinks were delicious. Will definitely be back
