Great little pub. I haven’t stayed in the hotel so can’t review that - but the pub below is friendly and cozy and a good combination of contemporary and traditional design. But what really made me leave this review was the barmaid who asked if I had been to the theatre: I told her no but I was going to a gig at Belgrave Music Hall … to which I was given a discount on my drink! Apparently if you show tickets for the theatre nearby you will get a discount I’ll definitely be coming here again and thought this was a generous and kind offer in this day and age.

Stayed for a night in Leeds to go to a gig. The bartender was called Kaci and she was friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were adequate - what you pay for. Staff make the place ultimately. X

Very good quite and nice comfy room

Lovely pub. Great for staying in if you've got an event at the arena to attend. Nice big room with everything you need. It is loud at night with music playing into the early hours. They do supply ear plugs so i strongly advise you use these. Guests get a 15% discount at the bar which is a brucey bonus 😀

After walking out of a bar across the road because of terrible .bar service ,me and a friend went in to get a drink . Lovely young lad , friendly and gave us some local knowledge for food. Perfect for a .drink before going to the Grand theatre as just across the road . And with showing out theatre tickets got 10% off.

Great location, good size rooms, and they state when booking that it's quite loud untill early hrs of the morning, if youre here for the pubs.....perfect place to stay

How can you run out of Guinness. Its very very popular these day. Shame on you. Get it sorted. Great little pub.

Slept well very close to opera house and there was a Thai restaurant across the road too would recommend if your going to the theatre

Lovely warm room, comfy bed, clean bedding and towel, there's definitely wear and tear like the toilet seat, no soap but tatty but for £60 for a Sunday night to see mumford and sons it was 110% worth it you get money off drinks if your having one at the pub too, friendly staff, short walk to the venue and 15mins from train station, yes there's pub noises but it didn't bother us, just pop TV on, your staying in a city 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️I'll be back xx

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Uncomfortable beds in the rooms, and the shower head fell of the wall. Pub was nice

Terrible. Club across the street went til after 3am with crowds outside. People banging on the back gate from 5am. Shower was a joke, hardly a trickle with a single bar of soap. Definitely the worst night spent in Leeds.
