Intergenerational Meetup

A space for LGBTQ+ folks of different generations to meet.

This Intergenerational Meetup is making a safer space for people of different generations to get to know each other, talk about our similarities and differences and bridge the gap of understanding.
Enjoy a relaxed afternoon and get to know older and younger people, aged 18-60+
There will be loosely facilitated discussions and different topics and activities in each session.
Saturday 30 May – 3-5pm
The first meetup is open to everyone! We’ll be exploring what a generation is, why we are so scared of the generational gap, and how can we bridge this so we can support each other.
Saturday 19 September – 3:30-5:30pm
The second meetup will explore life as a trans and queer person in the 80s versus now, progress in activism, and how we participate in our current political landscape…
