Malmaison Manchester Deansgate

We called in for Sunday lunch and it was everything we wanted it to be. The starter buffet was delicious and when I asked if I could have my roast beef very rare, blue, if possible I was told that the roast joint was medium rare but they suggested I go for a steak as they could do that blue. I did and it was perfect, very tender and cooed as I like it. The waitress had suggested the sticky toffee pudding or the creme brulee for dessert so I had the pudding and our daughter had the creme brulee. Both were to die for. My hubby had the cheese board and that had a Valancay goats cheese included. It was not as young as he would have like but he was impressed with the selection that he was given. All in all, the meal was great and our server went the extra mile in everything she did. Full marks to Malmaison.
