Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Room was clean.

Good hotel particularly for the money. Only complaint is the parking arrangement (don't bank on parking - there's nowhere near enough spaces for the size of the hotel - but there are spaces in nearby streets). If you drive in and can't find a space you're effectively trapped as you won't know the key-code to exit until you have checked in.

Nice and cheep hotel 10 minute drive from the hotel. Windows need modernising (still the old aluminium style) and let alot of airport and road traffic noise through. Parking is a massive issue, not enough spaces for guests, and an upper floor with an extremely tight corner which looks to have had many victims. I asked staff about an overflow car park and I was advised to park on the local housing estate. Wish I’d booked one of the many local premier inns now.

Ignore the negative comments!! Overnight stay with family members in 2 rooms. Excellent service, spacious rooms, parking is available but challenging due to selfish people parking in the middle of 2 bays thus reducing the number of spaces. The bathrooms may need updating but they are clean and functional. Restaurant food is good with adequate portions.Overall good value for money for a night stay before catching a flight. And the hotel staff are excellent.

Hotel is dated and a little run down. We stayed twice, the night before and after our flights from Manchester. I've avergaed the score between to the 2 rooms we had. The 1st room, which I think was an executive double, was very pleasant, still a little worn, but a really good size and clean. The bathroom needs a refresh but it was functional. The 2nd room, which was a standard double, was very small, very worn and not cleaned very well and the bathroom was in desperate need of a refresh. The service was very good in both stays. We only ate the first stay due to the bar and restaurant being closed on our second night. Evening meal and breakfast were both good. We'd stay here again, if travelling from Manchester Airport as it was good value for money with the car parking included. We would

Better than basic hotel. Used it for Manchester airport and car parking for a week. Excellent value for money, the room was clean and a good size. All good for me. They provide a shuttle service which worked out cheaper than taxis both ways. Would recommend.

We booked a room and shuttle service for our holiday abroad. On our return journey, we waited over an hour for the shuttle, but no one arrived. As a result, we had no choice but to take a taxi at an additional cost of £30. When I raised the issue with the manager, I was disappointed by how it was handled. He was rude, clicked his fingers at me to follow him, and then took me to the shuttle driver. Both the manager and the driver proceeded to raise their voices at me and my mother, questioning why we hadn’t waited longer. The shuttle was already more than an hour late compared to the timetable provided, so their response was completely unacceptable. We received no apology, no refund for the taxi fare, and no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. Instead, we were simply told that we were in the wrong. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience and not how paying customers should be treated.

Got here at 3.20 this morning chick check in straight to the room walking to the room weird smell coming form the hall ways. Had a good sleep wome up at 8.20 this morning went for breakfast breakfast area was absolutely frezzing windows all open so cold. Beans was cold tomato's was cold and bacon was so fatty paid 120 for our stay and wasnt worth it

Good price and a great location to travel from manchester airport

No AC but grateful for an open window and a small desk fan.
