Excellent accommodation. From the service, to the spectacular room, location, ambient music in the lobby, it houses the Rufino restaurant in its basement, which is excellent. I will definitely be back.

It was a completely right choice, spectacular service and good and spacious rooms, even for our three daughters, who shared a room with three normal-sized beds.

Everything was perfect: the room, the spa, the massages, breakfast, dinner at Rufino. But what truly made our stay special was the outstanding service we received from everyone. Very good service, the place is spectacular, a very good space to rest. The pool and sauna are very good and also a very good breakfast and restaurant.

An excellent level Boutique Hotel with a very good location in the Recoleta neighborhood. I especially highlight the kindness, friendliness, and very good availability of the reception staff to help with purchasing tickets and answering questions. The same goes for the morning cafe staff, Meli, Noe, Axel, and Denise, who provide excellent service to start the day off very well.
