Pleasant place and good service from the staff

The place is super comfortable and spacious

The place itself is very large and highly recommended, with a great variety of spaces. I had an uncomfortable experience; one of the employees mistook another customer for someone else or lied about something that didn't happen. But aside from that, I recommend visiting if you haven't been before.

I went three times. On the third visit, I was accused of mistreating the staff and exhibiting inappropriate behavior, which is clearly not in my nature. I told the manager it was a mistake, a misunderstanding, but he insisted it was me. My partner and I left immediately. I lost all desire to return to a place with cameras everywhere, yet they don't know how to accuse people at the right time and in the right place. It's awful to waste money and time to go through such a bad experience, a misunderstanding, and mistreatment by the staff. A complete lack of professionalism! When the manager took me to the supposed staff member I had "mistreated" (for several people, it was a day I wasn't there), and I asked if it was me, I couldn't be certain it was me! The insistence that I behaved as I always have was relentless, despite what I said! The gay scene in Mendoza is very small. If I knew someone very similar to me, I would have known by now, especially with those characteristics of thinking they were superior or exhibiting marginal behavior like vomiting and not knowing how to behave! I insist that I frequent several gay bars and I never had a similar problem in any of them. Because of this, I don't plan to return to the spa, nor do I recommend this place. It's disrespectful and unprofessional on the part of the staff in charge of a place like that!

Excellent place

Excellent spa with sauna and massages for men in Mendoza city. Located right in the city center, it has two floors, an on-site bar, lockers, changing rooms, showers, and restrooms. Everything is very clean and organized. Sergio and his team are fantastic. Highly recommended!

Finally, a decent place for the gay community in Mendoza! The facilities are all brand new and very well designed and thought out. The staff is friendly, and the experience is made to be enjoyed. Hopefully, we Mendocinos will give it enough of a boost so it can thrive and last... Best of luck! 🤠👍🏽😘
