The hotel is very nice. Excellent location. The lack of parking is a drawback. The new rooms are comfortable, but the air conditioning units can be noisy. Nevertheless, it's a highly recommended place.

Excellent experience. The breakfast was amazing. The service, the spa, the massages, the pool—everything was incredible.

Today, June 12, 2026, I'm at this Savoy Hotel and I'm not at all satisfied. I even booked two rooms. There's no lobby for guests or visitors. They offer a rock and faller, but it's a huge crowd that blocks the entire entrance, and the restaurant service is unavailable. The safe is broken. The parking is incredibly inconvenient. There's no access ramp. It's a major hassle to get in with luggage. Of course, no one is helpful. They don't answer the phone at reception either. The sink in the room is outside the bathroom. In short, they claim to be a 4-star hotel, but they're barely a 2-star.

Much room for improvement considering the price of the rooms. The best thing is the Rockefeller cafe on the ground floor!

As soon as we got to our room, there were motors running in the inner courtyard. It was impossible to stay there, so I quickly wrote to request a room change, and they granted it. The second room didn't have the brown pool towels, so after three minutes I had to go back and ask for them. The heated pool needs a good cleaning. Even though it has a lot of chlorine (it made your eyes burn, even without putting your head under), you could see grease stuck to the walls. Otherwise, the hotel itself is lovely and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable. The service was also very good. I would return, but I'm not sure I would go in the pool again if it's not clean. Having Rock 'n' Feller downstairs is a big plus. You can eat well without having to leave the hotel.

A splendid building. Themed. Modernly renovated while preserving original details. The receptionists were incredibly attentive. We had a minor issue and they handled it excellently. The hotel restaurant is highly recommended and the breakfast was a 10/10. We will definitely return.

A beautiful hotel with a unique personality! Its architecture, attentive staff, and location make for a truly exceptional experience. Having breakfast at Rock & Feller's is a delight, and strolling through its hallways, decorated with stained glass and costumes of rock legends, adds a special charm. The enormous windows offer spectacular views and fill every space with light. As an added bonus, it features a spa and an excellent heated pool, perfect for relaxing and further enhancing your stay. Without a doubt, a place I would return to and recommend. ★★★★★
