Hotel Eldorado Boulevard

I've been staying at this hotel since Wednesday. This morning, the fire alarm went off twice. I went down the stairs twice from the fifth floor, and when I got to reception, I found two unprepared attendants laughing and saying it was a false alarm because a guest had lit a candle in the room. They are completely unprepared; the hotel doesn't have a manager on duty. A false fire alarm that causes panic is being handled as if it were a joke. I'll never go back; I felt unsafe and couldn't sleep anymore.

Shower without hot water - we informed reception and they said this complaint was recurring that day 🤷🏼‍♀️ When we arrived for breakfast (there was still 1 hour and 30 minutes until it ended) more than half of the food stations were already empty - I was informed that there would be no replenishment of the items. Nothing was done about any of the inconveniences above - we took a cold shower and ate what was left over from breakfast.

Location is great, rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and versatile choice of drinks in their self checkout shop, there is construction next to the hotel but it is something that cannot be helped

Comfortable, spacious rooms. Loses points for breakfast, with little variety, slow elevators, and, most importantly, showers that don't get hot.

I stayed at the SOOZ Hotel Collection São Paulo between May 19th and 20th. Upon entering room 1302, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes, and I needed to request a room change. The receptionist then transferred me to room 1301. However, the most serious situation occurred at 11:50 PM when another man opened my room door while I was staying there. He then informed me that the reception had mistakenly given me the key to my room. I called reception immediately after the incident, but the only response I received was that "it was a mistake," without any support, concern, or apology for the seriousness of the situation. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and a good room, but the security breach was extremely serious and completely compromised the experience.

Spacious and airy room. Wonderful shower and great breakfast.

The hotel has terrible reception service; there wasn't a single time I didn't get angry. The breakfast area is overcrowded, and they can't keep up with replenishing the food properly.

The rooms need better maintenance. Stained walls, old furniture. Reasonable breakfast, good parking, fantastic location. Worth it in terms of cost/benefit ratio.

Disorganized and a terrible experience. The windows don't block out city noise well, there's no liquid soap replenishment, the shower drips if you don't close it properly, and the bed is uneven. Besides the room, we had to walk down 12 flights of stairs because the building's fire alarm went off at 11 PM after (according to the hotel) a power surge. Regardless of blaming the power company, it's also the hotel's fault for having a faulty system; this doesn't happen in any other hotel. They didn't apologize, and I even heard from another employee that this had happened before, causing a general scare because the guests thought it was on fire. The breakfast and location are good, but I suggest you avoid this headache and stay at another hotel.
