Besides the old towels, the sauna is awful. I didn't like it.
It had been a while since I'd been to that sauna, and my experience wasn't good at all; the previous management was a little better. Since then, there haven't been any improvements. They moved the lockers, added a questionable jacuzzi – I'm not going in there, who knows what else is in there besides smelly water. And the smell of the sauna... it doesn't smell like a sauna... it's a mixture of foot odor and drain odor. My dear management, take advantage of the winter when there's less traffic, close for a few days and do a good renovation of all the areas; they're in terrible condition. Look at other comments left here, because there's a lot that others have reported that I haven't even mentioned. Some people are giving it 5 stars, but I think they don't know a sauna that makes you want to come back again and again. Floripa deserves a better sauna.
The service is spectacular, the receptionist is very friendly and kind. Great place!!
