Oft Place Hotel

We stayed for two nights and didn't have any major problems. The staff was attentive and helpful. There were some issues in the room, such as a dripping tap, no intercom, and a broken windowpane... but nothing that disrupted our rest or our enjoyment during those two days. It's a good option for those looking for value for money in a good location.

Old and simple hotel

Upon arriving at the hotel, we already had a "surprise": the hotel has two units, and this was not informed. Even the photos on the booking apps only show the larger unit, but when we arrived, my reservation was for the other unit. The room's Wi-Fi only worked on ONE device, and WHEN it worked at all. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the shower seemed to be dripping; it was horrible to take a shower. They only provide one bath towel; if you want another, you have to request it at reception. WHY? If the accommodation is for two people? Dusty curtains and walls, and the air conditioner was leaking water onto the floor of the room. Breakfast is pleasant. There is no elevator. When you arrive at the hotel, you are informed that there is valet parking because the cat stays in another location. They tell us that we have to request the car about 10-15 minutes in advance, which is fine. It happened that when we were leaving, we called reception and requested the car. I asked the receptionist to let us know when the car arrived, and she said, "No, we don't call to let you know it's arrived. You can come down in 20-25 minutes." What's so difficult about dialing the room number and letting us know? Anyway, I don't recommend it.

I rented a room at this hotel and we arrived around 10 pm. The room had mold on the wall. I requested a change, but the attendant informed me that the hotel was full. He said I could go to the Hotel Conrado, which belongs to the same chain. When I arrived there, nobody knew anything, and I had to wait about an hour until they could get me a room. I do not recommend any hotel in this chain. It's a mess, with a total lack of professionalism. The impression is that there is no management whatsoever. Lamentable.

The service from the gentleman who received me at the hotel was friendly, polite, and proactive. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety and very tasty. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower. There is no elevator, so accessibility is limited, there is no on-site parking, so the valet has access to your car. The room had a strong paint smell, which was bothersome; I believe they recently painted the ceiling, which was old, so they "renovated" it by painting and applying filler. They don't respond quickly to the hotel's WhatsApp to provide information, such as the Wi-Fi password, which I couldn't get. They don't provide bath towels; bring your own.

Terrible. Very noisy hallways, even from the staff themselves. We asked them to be quiet, but they continued. Completely unprofessional. Without a doubt, this is the worst in the chain! The building is very old, the bathroom is bad, there are no blankets on the beds – we requested them at reception and they didn't send any! In short, nothing but complaints!
