Extremely dirty, terrible service! The room was completely moldy, the bathroom door was made of transparent glass and DOESN'T CLOSE. Dirt on the walls, TV falling apart. Breakfast with SPOILED ham! Everyone was throwing it in the trash… Worst experience of my life! I wouldn't stay there again even if they paid me to go. I don't know how it's operating.

Very good place to stay overnight. There's a nice breeze. Good snack bar. Helpful staff.

I found the room well-organized, clean, and smelled nice. The air conditioning, TV, and mini-fridge worked perfectly; everything was as advertised and met my requirements. I read some very negative reviews and checked them out. For a 3-star hotel, it's within acceptable standards. However, if you want 5-star service, you'll have to spend more at a hotel of the same category. For what I expected and what they told me, everything was perfect. Zero complaints.

I booked a room more than a month in advance, and the accommodation relocated me to another hotel because they have a policy of taking more reservations than rooms, and whoever arrives first gets the reservation. It's incredibly stressful for someone who travels miles counting on a confirmed reservation and then has to deal with this situation.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. Reviews are welcome to help others. The hotel is much worse than in the photos. On the day I arrived, I had to look for a room that was even slightly better. I stayed so long because I had already made a reservation, and my things were already arranged in the room. As the days went by, I got used to it, except for the mattress, which is thin and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was the same every day: mixed sandwich, papaya, apple, melon, banana, juice, milk, and coffee. I have no complaints (I could only add scrambled eggs). Regarding the reception, Daniela and Bruna are wonderful, polite, helpful, and always in a good mood. Emilli, on the other hand, seems to hate our presence, haha. The cleaning lady is also very reserved, so I preferred to organize and clean my room myself. Great location.

My terrible experience began when I booked the hotel and they put me in another one, further away, even though I was notified on the day of the reservation. Upon arriving at the hotel, I discovered that we registered a card only to guarantee that the reservation fee would be charged in case of breach of contract. I hope there will be no double billing. I did not receive towels or pillowcases. The shower floods the bathroom because there is nothing to prevent the water from running under the sink. The garage is terrible, with columns that obstruct parking. I thought the hotel would be simple, but I didn't expect such poor service.

Old rooms, full of dust, stained sheets, very bad service. I would never go back!!

I stayed for a week at the best hotel here, the receptionist, Mrs. Cida, is wonderful.
