One thing I think is great is the investment they make, always with very well-done renovations.

The only downside was the heat. When I went it was packed and that was a bit of a problem, that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, but apart from that, everything was wonderful, large, nice space, perfect service from the staff, from the cashier, reception, bar, to the manager, everyone was willing to help my friend who lost his key. Very helpful and friendly staff. Impeccable service.

What a wonderful experience tonight! The place was full of beautiful people and the service was great. Gaio was always attentive and friendly, and also very attractive. WORTH IT!

⭐ Honest Review – Hope This Helps Future Visitors! ⭐ I visited this facility on Tuesday at 6:30 PM. 📍 Entrance fee: R$50 --- 🏢 General Impression The place is big — it has several rooms, a dance floor, a jacuzzi (❌ not working), dry sauna and steam sauna. There were less than 20 people when I went. Regular visitors told me the best days to visit are Saturday and Sunday. --- 🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance ✅ The facility was mostly clean, but... ⚠️ You can clearly see they are trying to save money everywhere: The soap is diluted with water. Many soap dispensers were empty, making it hard to shower properly. You only receive one towel, which is very unhygienic when you need a clean one after the final shower. --- 📱 Bad Experience with Staff My phone battery died, and I politely asked the bartender ( on the picture attached) to charge it. 💔 I was told rudely: “No.” No explanation, even though I saw two chargers available at the bar. Because of that, I couldn’t even call an Uber — which made me feel unsafe and abandoned. --- 💡 What You Should Know ❌ Jacuzzi not working ❌ Staff not friendly or helpful ⚠️ Not a world-class facility, needs renovation ⚠️ Feels like they cut costs in every possible way ✅ Quiet on weekdays, maybe better on weekends --- ⭐ Final Rating: 3 out of 5 stars This place has potential, but it needs: Better maintenance Nicer staff More hygiene and comfort for visitors --- I truly hope my review helps others make better decisions before visiting. 😊

It had been a while since I'd been back to the place. I was there on Sunday and was surprised by the revitalization of the environment. Spacious, well-lit, and clean areas. I'd complained several times on social media about the neglect of the place... but with the revitalization, I was pleasantly surprised to return. Congratulations to everyone involved. Good drinks, great atmosphere, adequate saunas... I must highlight the kindness of a young man at reception, if I'm not mistaken, his name was Brendo. Friendly, helpful, and attentive. I'm glad to have returned. I will come back more often.

I'm a regular customer, but last Sunday (September 14th) I arrived at the sauna and was approached by Breno, the receptionist, who was in a very bad mood. As I was going upstairs, he turned and said: Good luck! What did he mean? I felt bad, I don't want that kind of comment when I enter a place! Rude! He doesn't know how to treat the public. I've always been treated well at the sauna, but this situation was very strange.

I always go to the sauna to relax, and every time I go, I've never been approached aggressively by the other patrons. The environment is clean, organized, and very diverse. Even though I don't frequent all the areas, in the few I do, I notice the organization and cleanliness. Regarding the staff, the bartender Marcos is incredible. Super attentive and kind, he talks to everyone, and I feel very comfortable, as if I were among friends. I had the pleasure of talking once with the manager, Gaio, who is also a very friendly person. He's very dedicated to making us feel relaxed and comfortable at SB. The place deserves praise for everything. The renovation only made what was good even better.

Congratulations to the entire SB team for the initiative to improve our space; the renovation turned out great!!! The space looks very good with all the improvements made. I know there are still many things to do, but I know everything will be perfect!!! I know nothing is easy, but with a lot of work, dedication, and patience, you can do it.
