I usually stay here when we travel to Concepción, where we've had good experiences and have recommended to friends. Our last visit was different; the weather was colder, there was no heating, and there was very little bedding. The concierge kindly helped us the next day.

They have very different standards depending on the type of room they can provide.

A very nice place to spend a few days, the location is incredible, and the rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, from shampoo and soap to a hairdryer. The only downside is that there's no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, you can request a room on the lower floors, which solves the problem. The prices are very good, and they have a breakfast agreement with Rapallo, where everything is delicious as well. The main reason I rented here was because I saw many comments about parking problems for those traveling by car, but I didn't have any issues here at all, even though we were there over Easter weekend. So I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely stay here again because I loved everything.
